Correct Me If I'm Wrong, But Are You A Vampire? (Twilight Based love Story)1

I know I said that I would only write one story at a time, but you knew that I wouldn't stick to it. Hey, I can handle both at once (That's what she said, Thank you "The Office). The characters in this story will not have the same names as the ones in the books because I felt like it, and also to make sure it wouldn't be awkward that the "Twilight" books exist. You'll know who they are. Anyway, I knew I should have pressed update when I started writing this because I accidently hit refresh, and now what I h

Read the memo. I know it's long, but just read it.

"Elle," may father called my nickname gently, to wake me up. Instaed it made me think I was in a memory. Suddenly, I was in my bed in my old New York apartment; it was the morning of my first day of preschool. "Elle," my father said again. "Elle, we're here."
I finally woke up. I was no longer a preschooler in a familiar bed, but seventeen year old Rachelle Saunders, and I had woken up fron sleeping in a car. I got out and looked up at the clouded November sky of a rainy little town called Forks, Washington.
That's right, I said it: Forks.
You'd think that I would be excited to be in the setting of one of my favorite book series', but in light of recent events, I wasn't really.
Before that time, I had lived in New York City my entire life. My father was a doctor and my mother was a banker. But the year before, which was my sophomore year, they began to fight over things. Not that they didn't fight before, it wahs just that it became more requent. It wasn't until the beginning of school for my junior year that they started talking about divorce. When it ended, my father and I moved out of the apartment and began to search for a new house. I went because my mother and I never really got along that well.
I never thought that we would move that far away from where I grew up, but I didn't complain, mostly because I could see just how far this move hurt my father, as well. He still loved my mother, in a way, but he wanted to get away, so I went along without any grudge.
"I set up all the furniture when I came out here last week," my dad said, "so you won't have to do any of that."
I grabbed two suitcases and went inside. "Hey, dad," I said. "How am I going to get to school if you're working at the hospital."
"I was just going to clear that up, kiddo," he said. "When I came out, my boss, a really nice man, Elle, offered to carpool, so you can take the car."
"Really?" I asked, excitedly. In New York, I alwayss took the bus.
"Really really," he said.
"Oh, THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU!" I hugged him really tightly.
"Calm down, kiddo," he said. "I just thought that since I made you come all the way out here, that you should have something nice. And tonight, we'll have our special dinner."
"You mean pizza and ice cream while watching 'Forrest Gump'?" I asked.
"You're the best dad EVER!" I hugged him tighter.
He laughed. "I should do this more often." he said sarcastically.
After dinner, I went upstairs. I sat on my bed because I still wasn't tired. I began thinking about how much my life was starting to paralell Bella's story. But, I knew that some things were impossible, since there really were no such things as vampires and werewolves. But, there was one thing I was still hopeful for. Maybe, just maybe, I'd be able to find my Edward, even if I didn't think that it would happen then or it was extrememly cliche.

I woke up the next morning to the annoying beeping sound of my alarm clock.
'You'd think that, for as long as they've been around, that someone would be able to make a clock that doesn't make you want to smash your own head in,' I thought bitterly. Nonetheless, I got up and got in the shower under my own strength. After I got dressed, I went downstairs for a quick breakfast. On the table, there was a note.
Dear Ella,
I forgot to tell you last night that I'd be gone before you woke up. Sorry. I'll be home around four. Have a good first day of school.
-Dad.
I didn't give it a second thought, since my dad was always busy when I was younger.
I made a couple of frozen waffles, and then I went out the door to my car. I drove it down the road to a sign that said "Forks Highschool".
