I See Your Name In Lights [02] Alex Gaskarth

Audrina Kenzington pulled into student parking, sitting behind the wheel of a Silver Lambo she recieved for her sweet sixteen.
She wouldve preferred a pink one, but who was she to complain?
As she cut the engine and got out of her car, she payed to attention to the group of kids sitting on the car next to hers.
"Hey, Audrina. How was your summer?"
Audrina whipped her head in the direction of the voice.
It was a few of the school jocks.
"Oh, hi. My summer was good. Busy, but good. Yours?"
Audrina stood with a fake smile plastered on her face as she pretended to care about how tough the summer baseball league practices were.
After a few minutes of fake chit-chat, she walked up the front steps to the school.
As she made her way up the steps, a darkly blonde-haired boy lost his skateboard next to her feet.
She jumped back for a second, and stared at the boy.
"Sorry. Totally didnt mean that."
That damn Zach, whatever his last was, was always tripping over people on his skateboard.
Audrina just nodded and kept walking.
As she passed, she caught eyes with a cute dirty-blonde.
Alan? Arnold? Alex, thats it.
As she walked through the doors, the boy watched her the entire way through.
"Yo, guys. Is it me or did Audrina get even hotter over the vacation?" Jack asked the group of boys on the steps.
Alex stared at Jack.
"She's really skinny."
Rian nodded.
"Yeah, but she's definitely cute."
Alex smirked.
"Yeah, I guess she's alright."

"Welcome back, class! Whats it like to finally be a senior?"
A cheeky, elderly teacher asked her English students.
There was a murmur of excitement and a few laughs.
"Glad to see youre in good spirits about it. Now, I'd like you all to start of the year by writing a set of goals, dream, aspirations, whatever you think you'd like to see or accomplish by the end of this year."
Audrina dug through her Chanel totebag.
"Fuck." She muttered.
As she brought her head up to normal level, she turned to the kid on her left.
She opened her mouth but stopped when she realized it was the cute boy from earlier.
She quickly recovered.
"Hey, do you have a pen? First day, and I'm already unprepared." Audrina rolled her eyes with a smile.
Alex grinned and nodded, pulling out a few black pens.
He gave her the handful.
"I know how you unprepared people are, so theres some extras in case you lose the first one."
Audrina laughed.
"Thanks so much. Youre Alex, right?"
Alex nodded.
Audrina smiled again.
"Nice to meet you."
"Nice to finally meet you too." Alex replied, returning to his writing assignment.

Alex couldnt think of anything at the moment.
He was too busy admiring the way Audrinas voice fit her face and the way her eyes sparkled when she smiled.

Audrina too, couldnt think of many things to write about:
- Quit using dad's credit card
- Look good for "prom season"
- ....

Audrina loked over at Alex, and Alex looked back.
He shrugged as if to say "I dont know what to put..."
Audrina made a face that said the same in return.
She turned back to her paper, and he turned back to his.

After class, Audrina walked out with Alex not too far behind her.
Audrina noticed, and walked slower so she could let Alex catch up with her.
When Alex did, she asked, "Why havent we talked before? I mean, I see you a lot, but we never talk."
Alex smiled and shrugged.
"I dont know. I dont think our friends like each other too much. Well, mine think youre hot, but..." Alex trailed off with a laugh.
Audrina laughed too.
"But they dont like me. I get it. Hm, maybe me and you should do something. Talk more, you know?"
Alex nodded.
"Definitely. Just let me know, when, where, and what."
Audrina smiled.
"I'll see you around."
Alex replied, "Definitely."
