Jeremy listens, but somehow he doesn't like what he hears. It's been what he's been saying this whole time yet coming from the mouth of this monster he's seeing himself. "I'm a disgrace. I've been trying to kill who my parents died trying to protect. All because I wanted someone to blame." Jeremy finally realizes.
"Looks like you have a lot in common with Zareh. Like how you're going to die being ripped open by me!" Abel charges head on.
Jeremy holds up his gun. 'Mom, dad, I'm sorry for letting you down. I'm going to do better from now on. Please watch over us.'

"Sanguine?" You try to wake him. He groans in response as he moves his head a little. You ask, but what can you say?
"(You). . ." He manages to blurt out. "I-I don't feel so good." He tries to open his eyes, but only one will work. The other lid is split in twain. "My head. . .hurts. . .light-headed. . .I can't-can't see." He's scared and drowsy. You reassure him it's going to be okay that everything will be alright just as he told you earlier, but that was a lie and so is this. He'll never be able to see out of that eye ever again. Those gashes will become huge scars that will require skin graphing. He'll need a blood transfusion from all that he's lost. All that will happen if and when you can get him to a hospital.
You hold Sanguine close. You've been resting for a while now, but you're not sure either of you has the strength to get up. You can't make him keep moving when he doesn't even know where he is or what day it is. His head lays on your shoulder with his face against your neck. "You. . .smell nice." He whispers. "I'm. . .hungry." Hearing this gives you a chill. What if what Vahe said was right? What if your dreams were trying to warn you? Maybe Sanguine really is a vampire? If he is then wouldn't letting him drink your blood give him new life? As long as he didn't suck you dry it would be okay. But it's a weird risk. What if he isn't any of the above? Then it would be completely useless and may cause you an infection, because the human mouth carries more germs than a dog. If you do what can you lose? Sanguine's life may depend on it. If he gets better than you have a better chance at escape. What are you going to do?
There's another howl of agony as a wolf gets caught in a bear trap. They're still after you. They won't let you escape. You have to try anything. You don't look at Sanguine's gouged out face as you lift his chin a bit so his lips press against your neck. Encouraging him as much as you can you tell him to bite, to drink your life's force, and get better. He starts breathing a little harder. Does he even have the energy to bite or is it the sound of what you're telling him is scaring him? You urge him further, telling him he has to, that you want him to against all rational thought or reasoning. You have to convince him that if he desires to live he has to do this. It's not just for him that it is also for you. You want him to.
Finally his lips open and his teeth rub against your skin. You can barely feel him trying. His mouth opens all the way and the points of his teeth rest into your neck he lets out a deep breath. He isn't piercing your skin. "Bite me," You order him, "you have to!" He trembles a bit as he tries to get a comfortable position. You can tell he doesn't want this. He doesn't want to be what he's been accused of time and time again. He doesn't want to become a monster even if his life depends on it. Fed up you push on the back of his head. Those sharp canines slice into your skin like knives. You flinch up in pain. It hurts badly and so close to your central nervous system it's sharp and ripe. You can feel your heartbeat throbbing around the new wounds.
Blood drips down his teeth, onto his lips, and tickles his tongue. He can smell it, enticing him, making his mouth water. His lips press around your neck so the blood can't escape any further into your shirt. His hand cups around your neck so he can pull himself closer like an infant to his mother's teat. He takes a tiny suck and his senses waken. He presses his teeth in deeper as deep as they will go. The sting makes you twitch and kick. Why did it look so romantic in the vampire movies? It hurts like hell. Someone is literally stabbing you in the neck with two small, thick blades. He hums and pulls them out. It's such a relief you sigh out loud. He licks the still dripping wound. The saliva makes the spot tingle. He goes back in for more, but you pull away and cannot get away. He holds you still. As his teeth slide back into their spots you don't feel the pain. You don't feel anything. The whole side of your neck is numb as if injected with pure Novocain. The tingling continues down your neck and up into your brain. You feel light headed and serene as if being lulled into a reverie. You begin to give in as your muscles relax. His hand eases up from around your neck and slides over your breast. It makes you gasp as he grips you tightly, the hungry animal he is. But you can't fight him. Could you? Should you? Would you? Everything feels so. . .so. . .good. In a last flicker of thought you worry about how much blood he is drinking from your helpless body, but then forget to care. Your body is light, brain floating, and oddly turned on by his indecent groping. He paws at your as if he were a kneading kitten in search of warmth and comfort. His every touch tickles your nerves. Your body wishes for more and more, but you are hapless to say or do anything. You have become his little blood doll to do with as he pleases.
The sounds of gross, wet gurgling is in your ear. It's coming from his face, from the wound. His mouth releases you and he growls a tiny, airy chuckle as he pulls away. He stands up, towering over you with reborn glory his pale skin glowing and red hair brilliant. He looks around with his one good eye and lets his head slide back with a smile as if he's alive for the first time. There's a trickle of blood on his chin. You can barely keep your eyes open. He lifts up his arms to the side and slowly lets out a heavy breath that looks like smoke drifting up from a chimney. He drops his arms and glances down at you. His face is still stricken with deep gashes, but the gashes are more filled in the flaps of skin have fused back to the face and his damaged eye has changed. It's no longer a split open egg, but rather a red demon eye with a slit for a pupil down the center as the other is just a red eye. He smiles at you, but you don't smile back. This thing isn't Sanguine. It's something that has been hidden deep inside, unleashed for the first time and it's ready to taste the world.
He bows his head a little to show he's grateful for your sacrifice and turns. You reach out to him with a weak, shaking hand and try to call out his name. Is he going to leave you there all alone? You don't want to be left like this. If they find you you're as good as dead. You'd be better off with him offing you here and now than to be torn open by wild, rabid wolves. He doesn't stop. He keeps walking deeper and deeper into the woods. Your vision is blurring. Are you crying or is it lack of blood causing things to warp? Your hand drops. There's nothing you can do. Your eyes close and refuse to open. So this is it? You're bled out in the woods as someone you care for walks off to terrorize the world because of your sacrifice as your other loyal comrades are fighting for their lives. So much for Pixie's bag of herbs and stones protecting you. Not even your friends could do that.

"Damn it, where are all these things coming from?!" Jiro has a gun in each hand as he pops off shots into the bodies of countless wolves that have surrounded him. From behind a black werewolf seems to dwarf these blood thirsty dogs jumps in close, ripping their throats and swatting them like flies. "Nori, what the hell happened to (You)? She like disappeared along with Sanguine. I swear that pussy better be saving her ass!" Jiro yells to his ally who cannot answer in this form with anything but a bark. "We have to get back to the house. I don't know how we got out here!" Jiro points out. They're surrounded by trees and no clear markings of their location let alone it's pitch black out. After being chased out here the battle began and since then it's been a chaotic mess. Their walkie-talkie crackles, but gets no reception. Jiro is uneasy under all his adrenaline. Something is definitely wrong.
The wind picks up and kicks up leaves that confuse the ears as to what's the wind and what's the footsteps of demons. Nori lifts his nose in the air and takes in a whiff to the olfactory. A familiar scent dances around his whiskers. It makes his heart pound. He barks to alert Jiro.
He glances over his shoulder. "What is it, Lassie? Is Timmy down in the old well, again?" Nori barks and points his nose north east of the house. Jiro can't know what it is, but He realizes it must be urgent. "If you say go that-a-way then we is going that-a-way!" Jiro gets by his side and they start to run with the injured wolves on their heels. "Shit, if we're going to help someone we can't lead these assholes to them!" Jiro turns on a dime and points his guns straight out. "Go on ahead and rescue them! I'll catch up!" He sacrifices himself for the greater good. Nori hesitates, but takes off and is gone in an instant. Jiro is left alone against a wall of wolves and a hard place. "After I send you shit-heads to hell I'm having me one." He pats his pocket with his gun. The wolves howl and charge. Jiro's guns blow off in rhythm and one by one they fall. in the smoke he heaves. Those not caught in the head slowly rise back up, bleeding, and ravenous. Two have managed to get only feet from him. They drag their feet, but are prepared for dinner. Jiro pulls the trigger and the empty barrel clicks. "Ffff-fook," He realizes. One goes for it. Jiro bends down and upper cuts it under the jaw with the gun. The dog is sent back two feet and hits the ground. The other runs on all fours. Jiro round house kicks it right upside the head. "Ha, how do you like me now, bitches?" He laughs. There are growls from behind him. The rest have regained their bloodlust. "Stay dead, already! What is this "Night of the Living Dead?"' Jiro gripes and grabs a metal egg from one of his belts cris-crossed over his ass. "Eat this!" He pulls the ring and dives behind a thick tree as he tosses it at the platoon. Wolf body parts take the air and get caught in the trembling branches. Jiro peeks from around the tree, his ears ringing. There's nothing but a scared patch of earth left. He chuckles and pulls a cigarette from his pocket. He lights it and lets out a little puff. "Was it as good for you as it was for me?" He jokes to the dead bodies.

A little tickle on your skin. You need to swat it to get it to stop. Its on an arm that won't move. There's an ache from the shoulder into the chest. Who was bothering you so much? Your eyes find black mixed with tall dark objects. Where are you? This place doesn't look like a house and it smells like wet leaves and earth. It's cold and the wind breathes into your ears. Your muscles tremble as you try to move. What was going on? How did you get here? Why are you so weak and freezing? What day is it? What month? What year? Who is the president of the United States? What is your name? That's what they ask you in the emergency room to guess how disoriented you are. You can't answer a single one. The answers should be there, but elude you.
You sit up and push off the ground with your palms to try and get your feet under you. Your head goes forward and you nearly fall face first. You stumble and teeter, but manage an awkward balance on these damn poles called legs. You see a tree just ahead and like a toddler set that as your goal to walk to before you fall. Your feet drag along the ground, because if you lift them too far they fly out from under. Collapsing into the tree you take a few deep breathes and set your next goal. You have to make it back to that place so you can sleep. All you want to do is sleep, but this isn't the right place to do so.
The sky is moonless. The world is deep, dark, and unknown. There isn't a soul in sight. You are just a lost little body wondering through an endless maze of trees that laugh at you with their rustling leaves. The wind stings your eyes and makes your inner ears ache. Being here is such a pain. Why haven't you found civilization? You've been carefully walking for what feels like hours.
Left, right, left, right, breathe, breathe, don't fall down, left, right, left, right. . .
Yet there is no perception of time here. All time is at one time and moves at whichever speed it chooses. You are trapped within the hour glass. The sand is burying your body. It's so heavy you can barely move. It makes you want to sink, sink into oblivion.
A twig snaps. Your head swings around to the deep abyss that is surrounding you, but still no life to be seen. A bit more awake and paranoid you move faster. To be caught like this will be the end for you. The sound of a body rubbing against the underbrush makes you freeze like a scared little rabbit. Your ears are perked up listening for the slightest breath. There! To your left, what is it? The only other thing you can hear is your own heartbeat beating so hard it's about to rupture.
"(You)," a sweet voice calls to you as he touches your shoulder. Your heart bursts with shock, but you hold your breath to keep from throwing up. That voice belongs to a young man and his touch is gentle and warm. You've been saved! You turn with a relieved smile and see it's not any friend of yours.
Abel smiles kindly his green eyes gleaming. "Aren't you happy to see me?"
You tear away from him and stumble into a clumsy run. He snatches your wrist with such a tight grip he nearly snaps your ulna and radius together. You can't stop the yelp that squeaks out, but you won't let him have you. Your free hand finds the bottle on your belt. He yanks you to him. "Where do you think you're going? We're going to have lots of fun, bunny-rabbit!" He kids. His other hand gradually squeezes around your throat. He's going to enjoy this and milk it for every agony soaked moment he can get out of you. You grip that tiny aerosol can in your hand. He shouldn't of taken his time. You shove it right in his face and press on the trigger. He screams at the mace covers his eyes and nose. He throws you to the ground to claw and wipe at his face. Too bad he doesn't know that'll only make it worse.
Opportunity finally smiling down your body finds renewed energy and takes off. You dip and dodge between trees, scratching and scraping yourself, but it doesn't hurt. It's exhilarating. Your nerves are still tingling from the saliva Sanguine injected you with. The pain is an aphrodisiac that makes your head swim. You have to pause for a moment to catch your breath. He doesn't seem to be following you. Mace to the eyes would slow any creature down especially if they're blinded. You lean against a tree and breath in the icy air that claws your lungs. Luckily, that kind of pain doesn't turn you on. How long is this night going to go on? What happened to the guys? You just want to get home where it's probably not safe, but better than being lost in the woods. You can't stay put any longer.
Eyes staring right at you are only inches from your face. You step back and Abel changes partially back. His eyes are bloodshot and his nose is bleeding. He's snarling. About to jump back he reaches for your neck, but only catches your shirt. The fabric rips straight down like a zipper in his grip. His nails catch between your breasts that are now exposed to the night so chilly your nipples are become stones. You land hard on your tailbone, but immediately turn to get back up. His hand slams down on your head, forcing your face into the ground. The earth has the unmistakable taste of dirt and old, wilted lettuce as it cakes between your teeth. You claw at his hand, but the fur is in the way. You can't dig up any skin. With his other hand he grabs the back of your pants and yanks them off your legs. You fall flat on your tummy and feel the cool ground and itchy leaves on your chest and thighs. Your underwear he leaves around your knees. You want to scream, but you can't give him the satisfaction. You know what he's going to do, but what else he may do along with it fills you with fearful anticipation.
"You have a taste for loathsome dogs, don't you? I mean you're teamed up with that stray and that vampire fucker who killed my big brother. Did you enjoy watching him die? Is that what gets you off, bitch?" Abel hisses at you, trying to stay human through his pulsing animal rage. "I've got something here for you that's even better." He lifts up your back end by your hip and touches something hard and wet against your tender spot. "Feels like you're already all wet for me. This is what you like, isn't it? Being shoved around, battered, and abused. What a sick, bitch." He finds your torment hilarious. You can't help it. You can't control the way this pain makes you throb inside. He begins to push. "If you like all that then you're going to love the thick dick of a werewolf!" He shoves it in with out warning or mercy. A horrified cry escapes your mouth. It hurts as if he has ripped you from the inside out, but as you tremble your body is on fired. How can your body be enjoying this so much? It's sick, perverted, and making your heart bleed. Your mind calls you dirty and shameful, but you are a slave to the strange injection that has your nerves electrified for pleasure. He begins to pull out and you can feel yourself squeeze in around him. "So tight. . ." The beast lets out a lustful growl. "I'll fix that." He thrusts back in so fast tears and saliva spray out.
You have to cry as he makes you gasp. There's no use in fighting. You have to take it and wait for your next chance to escape. If only it didn't make your inside quake and throb. Your mind wants him to stop, but your body cries out for more and more, pushing back against him to shove deeper and stretch you even further. Damn Sanguine. Damn him for using that intoxicating saliva on you then leaving you to die. Why couldn't it have been him to take advantage of you? Why did he leave you? Why? You sob. No matter how enthralled your body is your heart and mind are separate and miserable.
He suddenly pulls out leaving a sticky string of juices dripping down your thighs. You drop to your side and curl up. Your body is quickly cooling. Standing over Abel is a black beast fuming with outrage. Abel is fully transformed and gets on all fours, baring his teeth. The black wolf leans a bit and growls right back at him. They circle one another waiting for the other. The black wolf strikes first. Abel, the red wolf, cannot move fast enough, but is able to block a direct bite to the jugular. The black wolf sinks it's teeth into Abel's arm and shakes his head wildly. Abel lets out a squeal that echoes through the night. The black one whips his head and sends Abel flying. He kicks up the ground as he head bunts Abel in the ribs. You can hear them crack. Abel rolls and hacks heavily as he stumbles to his paws. The black wolf is relentless and goes for him again. Abel takes off, retreating into the underbrush with his tail between his legs.
The black wolf walks over to you and wines as he licks your face and hand. "Nori?" You ask, very disoriented and exhausted. He changes back enough for his human face to show through. All at once you begin to cry again. You're safe. You're finally safe.
Abel lets out a mournful cry from somewhere not too far off. He's calling his troops to him. He's not giving up. "I have you now. I'll protect you from them." He promises. He picks you up and redirects you to his back. You wrap your good arm around his neck and rest your head on his other shoulder. He leaps through the trees as agile as a deer. Relaxed enough playing piggy back the world fades to black.

Jeremy sits to hide behind the corner of a neighboring house. He's almost out of ammo and though he's taken out most of the wolves if he runs out the few remaining will tear him a new one. Retreat? It would normally be out of the question, but the night is no longer young and dawn is only a few hours away. If he can escape and reload he can go barreling through any defense and find you and your friends. He doesn't want anyone else to die at the hands of these monsters that are unlike any he has seen before. The wolves from his memories and the one who had gone after you are much different from these savage, bloodthirsty beasts. They're soulless and without a shred of intelligence. They live to devour and fight like rabid dogs. They are not the tactful and mysterious clandestine legends the fables tell about. Why are they so different?
Jeremy feels a heavy breath on his neck. He slowly turns his head to lock eyes with one of them missing half it's face and drooling blood onto his arm. Any sudden movements and it'll snap down into him. He slowly raises his gun. It growls. He pauses. Too close for comfort he's getting antsy. It's jaws open.
A blinding light distracts both predator and prey. The thunderous roar of a motorcycle engine echoes through the block. The metal horse rides in and veers to the side as the spinning wheels come right at them. The wolf squeals a death call as it is pinned between the bike and the house. His savior gets up and pulls his ride up to a proper position. There's only scratches on it. Jeremy looks into the dark visor of the helmet with relief. He pulls off his helmet and glares down at him.
"I remember you." Akio is suspicious, but being as the situation he rode in on he's not going to chase him away.
"I'll reintroduce myself later. Right now I need you to take me back to my storage unit so I can reload on ammunitions." Jeremy asks.
"Tell me what's going on first. Where are my friends?" Akio demands.
"I don't know." Jeremy sighs. "The only two I found where the red haired guy and (You). He was hurt pretty badly and ran off into the woods to hide. There's been plenty of noise out there, but no sign of them or the punk and Nori." He tries to explain quickly. "But we aren't getting through those freaks without some firepower. The faster we move the quicker we can get to them."
Akio had already seen the giant dogs lurking about the house waiting for them. He wasn't carrying a gun. A side arm isn't something he's used to leaving the house with. "Fine. Hop on." He gives in. There's no arguing with logic and it would do him little good to act out of emotion. As much as he wants to run in and find you saving you is better than dying along the way let alone for nothing. Akio shoves his helmet back on and sits on the bike. Jeremy awkwardly sits on the back. "Put your arms around me and hold on." Jeremy puts his hands out to his waist and stops. "Haven't you ever ridden a motorcycle before?"
"Yes, but normally I'm not the one in the bitch seat." Jeremy grunts. He bites down on his ego and holds Akio around the stomach. Akio revs up his bike and flies off as fast as he can.

The world has stopped moving. Has the ride come to it's end? Nori sits by a stream washing your feet. He pulls out splinters and pebbles that sting and make your legs tighten at the same time. He notices your cracked eyes and moves over to your side. He sits, naked and calm, and brushes back the hair from your face. "Are you thirsty?" You nod your head. Some fresh water will get the mud from your teeth. He scoops a handful in-between his hands and brings it to your lips. You gulp it all back in two mouthfuls. It's amazing how something so simple can bring about such relief. He presses is cold, damp hand on your forehead and wipes off your dirty face. It relaxes you further. Maybe Sanguine's nerve tonic is finally making it's way out of your system. You can certainly feel the autumn's icy night and slicing wind. Makes you shiver.
Nori wraps his arms around you so you can sit up. "You can't stay in the cold. You have no fur." He decides and picks you up bridal style. "The dogs are everywhere. The house is not safe. I remember a place to hide not far." He lets you know and dips his feet into the stream. He runs against the current in the middle so his scent cannot be traced. The splashes of water are so loud. They sound like shattering glass. Every creak of every branch and rustle of the leaves is like warfare in your head. You press your ears back as far as you can to deny the noise. It's awful.
When he finally slows you can barely keep your eyes open. He leaves the water and walks up between boulders until halfway up the cliff he pauses. There's a crevice between a few and it appears to be a den too small for either of you. Nori uses his shoulder to shove a rock to the side and reveal there is more to the opening. He holds you against him with one arm and climbs in. your feet drag along the dirt floor. It's much roomier inside than the entrance suggests. He sits you back and you're sad to be leaving his warm body. He sits back on his haunches and stares out the cave. "We can spend the night here." He obviously likes places like this. It may be safe, but a cave never feels safe for an animal that lives strictly above ground.
Nori turns his attention back to you. As dark as it is he uses his nose to find wounds to lick clean. He starts with your knees. The hot saliva cools and soothes your scratches. "You're bleeding." He sounds surprised. His head finds a tiny line that has trickled out and licks it up your inner thigh. His tongue is like a feather, soft and smooth, as it cleans your skin and makes you twitch. His head moves in closer. His hot breath builds moisture along your panty line. Why amongst so much violence is there such temptation? He starts to pull them down with both hands when you stop him. "It's okay. I need to clean the wound. You're bleeding from inside your pants." He's generally concerned with tending to you and not in a sexual manner. He's kneeling before you naked so what do you have to be embarrassed of? So you let him go. He carefully pulls your underwear from beneath you and takes them off. Your knees close to hide you. He parts them and puts his face so close his breath is hot against the petals. You try to think of what wound could be bleeding? The only injury subjected to that area was from Abel when he. . .Nori's tongue caresses you from back to front. Long, flat, wet, and warm it tantalizes. You quiver out of control as his second lick is a little harder. Your kitty swells as your head goes back. Your legs open further. It teases you so deeply you could moan. "Does it hurt?" he asks sweetly.
You shake your head no. Nori stops, but doesn't remove his face. "I was worried, because no matter how much or how deep I lick it only seems to get slicker from this wound." He touches it with his finger and you gasp. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to. . .!" You scare him. He's so clueless. He thinks your vagina is a wound. Has he never been with a woman? It wouldn't surprise you.
"It's okay," You sigh and steady your breath.
"You're sweating and your heart is beating faster. Your cheeks are even pinker. The more your wound pusses and swells the higher your body temperature gets." He makes an observation. You'd answer him if it wasn't so personal. He touches your little hole with his fingertip. "Can I keep cleaning it? It tastes very nice." He takes another lick and causes your muscles to tighten. How can you say no when it feels so right?
As diluted as it is your body still is not cleansed from the toxic saliva. You're still at the mercy of your male counterparts. His tongue teases you immensely until you can't take it anymore. You grab the back of his head and knead your hands into his soft, thick black hair. He moves up his tongue trailing along up our abdomen to your tummy and between your breasts to the scratches left by Abel. His body moves up and curves as he does. He's bold and sensual in his movement like a dancer beginning his recital. He stares into your eyes with hunger. You're irresistible to him. You are everything to him. You are the ultimate of pleasures he can ever partake. He smells along your neck taking in the invisible hormones filling the air. He touches your cheeks so gently as anyone should do to a precious treasure. Flushed and drugged with forbidden need you pull him in closer.
There is no longer any war or wolves. It is just a gorgeous, dark young man bare and ready to fill your body with pleasures unbound. Nori holds you up under you butt and you wrap your arms around him. He stands on his knees as you lean over him as to not hit the ceiling. His rock hard member sticks up between your buns. His rock hard muscles are pressed against your tender flesh. He could tear you in two if he wished, but he's as cautious as a silk spinner and just as attentive. He makes sure you are comfortable and steady as he kisses and licks upon your body. It's his honor to taste you, to please you, to feel you. His excitement has him dripping thick lust as you drip upon him. He shifts you up higher. He's thick and smooth, much smoother than Abel as he slowly slides in as he lowers you down. He fills you and you fit him like a glove. Ripples of delight ride up your spine and make you moan out for more. He bounces you up and down on him and works himself harder than a hydraulic. You grip onto his slick skin as the muscles in your thighs hang on, your abdomen tightens, and the ones in your back curve in. Your ears are burning as your fingers and toes tingle. "Faster," you manage to spit out. He lays you upon the floor and thrusts his hips harder and quicker against you. His furious rhythm is incredible. The slapping of skin, his jewels against your ass, is like a fast paced metronome that is keeping up with your rapid breathes. Your entire epidermis is sparkling as your insides clinch, wanting more pressure. You've never wanted anything more in your life. Wakening like a goddess your body ignites into an uncontrollable explosion of spasms and rushes of heat only soulful moans can explain. There, right there before your eyes is god's country bright and free.
Nori twitches as he lays, covering you like a thick blanket. The sweat between your bodies makes noises as you breath. He finally lifts his head as you stare at the ceiling. To come down from something like that takes time. He rubs his cheek against your in a loving manner. He gives you a tiny smile and blushes. "I've never done that before." He admits. "But. . ." He takes a breath. "I've wanted to that with you before. I want to do it with you again soon if you'll let me." He's so sweet. He won't make another move like that again without your direct permission and how can you deny him? His expression turns a bit serious. "You make me feel like I really am a human. You always make me feel happy and good and safe." He sits up and holds his hand out for you to take it. You do and he lifts you to sit up as well. He wraps his long arms around you and holds you against his still steaming body. "Thank you for taking care of me. I swear I'll do everything I can to make you feel the same way with me. You'll never be alone. I'll always be here by your side."
His sincere words brings tears to your eyes. All you can do is embrace him back to keep from crying. Nori really is like no other man you've ever met.

Akio slows and turns off his bike at the end of the block. He pockets the keys and waits for Jeremy to move ahead. They scurry from shadow to shadow like rats. The dogs have grown bored and are sitting around scratching themselves or search for small prey. They're down wind so are not smelled until they are standing toe to toe with the beasts. They open fire, being careful to only go for the head. Akio must take more shots, but Jeremy is deadly and takes the lead. The dogs don't stand a chance and soon not one is left.
The boys stand a crossroads. Do they investigate the house to try and find a lead or wonder aimlessly into the woods to hopefully not find remains. Jeremy holds up his firearm. "I'll try the forest. You get in the house and see if she's made it back there. You can also call for help. I wouldn't begin to know how to contact about this mess."
Akio nods his head and runs up to the porch. Jeremy takes a deep breath and dashes into the woods at full speed. Might as well dive right in. He flips on the small head-flashlight he has attached to his belt. It's the best he could do on such short notice. He searches by running and turning himself in circles then moving on. He darts between trees praying the next person he finds isn't a corpse.
Akio opens the front doors that have been left unlocked and peeks in through the inside door. There he can hear something odd a crunching and tearing of someone eating. Someone isn't correct it's more like something with the ferocity of the sound. He can make out something moving on the stairs. He has to peek in further to see. It's two large creatures crowed over a body. Blood has been sprayed over the walls as it waterfalls down the stairs. Fear grips Akio. Who are they eating? He can't let this go on. He bursts in taking them by surprise. Their heads shoot up with chucks of organs hanging from their jaws. They bark and jump down at him as he stands at the foot of the stairs. He pulls the triggers of both guns. One's head goes back as the bullet makes it's head into a canoe. The other is only hit in the throat and tackles Akio to the ground. Akio uses the gun to keep it from chomping down on him, but with the gun stuck pointing to the side there's no use in him firing. He holds up the other gun and the best whacks it from him, clawing into this forearm. He's helpless to escape. He's bit off more than he can chew so now it's going to bite into him.
Footsteps walk right up beside the struggle. The wolf is lifted from Akio who has to let go of the gun to be taken as well. The dog struggles, but it is short lived as the arms wrap around it's neck and with a hard snap flips it's head backwards. The body drops to the floor beside him. Akio sees it's one of them, one of the original werewolves, from the other night even if he can't make out his face in the darkness. Akio gets to his feet and slides his hand behind his back where his only spare gun is hidden in the back of his pants.
"Don't do anything you'll regret." His enemy speaks.
"Same goes for you." Akio dares to talk back.
"Humans are always so arrogant about nothing." The man sounds annoyed. "If I were you I wouldn't be worrying about me I'd be worrying about those old people you have hidden in that hotel." Akio's eyes widen and blood pressure rises. How could he know? "Abel is an expert at vengeance. He wants you all to go down and he'll go to any lengths to do it."
"You say it like you're not in on it. What you're telling me is probably just a scare-tactic, a distraction to get me away from the house. You're bluffing." Akio accuses. "Besides, you wouldn't expose yourself so nonchalantly in the public eye."
"It's safe to assume that IF I wanted you out of the way I'd of let that thing kill you or would have done so myself after I pulled it away. As for the public eye only those of us with the sense to know better actually keep our clan secret. We can't account for everyone no matter how much we strive to." He points out.
Akio grabs hold of the gun as he eases up. He did make sense. "Alright, if you're telling the truth then why are you helping me? Aren't you and this Abel allies?"
"We are, but as I said we can't account for every member of our clan. If they chose to act on their own then they have lost the backing of his fellow members and so much deal with the consequences." He simply answers.
"You want me to stop him to save you all the hassle of covering up a scandal or you just don't want to fight a member of your own clan." Akio sees through him. It's infuriating to play someone else's game, but either way he has to be sure or else his grandfather is done for. He's not the navy seal he was thirty years ago. He'd probably welcome the wolf in with open arms and offer it bacon with his bare hands. This makes Akio anxious. "Let me make a call first."
~ ~
He's exhausted from his search already. He's going to get lost at this rate as if he knew where he was to begin with. His foot sinks into something squishy. He glances down at what appears to be a stomach and intestines. The smell isn't of rot, but of blood and shit. He grimaces at the sight, but knows it's not (You). The scattered pieces are covered in dark brown fur. "What the hell happened?" He then sees the toppled over trees and massive amounts of animal body parts stuck to everything. It was a massacre. "What the hell! (You)! Nori! Sanguine! Somebody answer me!" He vents as he screams to the sky.
Nori's head perks up. Someone just called his name and he recognizes the voice. He carefully lays you from his strong arms where you are slumbering to the floor. He peeks his head out and listens. Will they call him again? Then, there it is far off in the distance. He crawls from the hiding place and stands up on a boulder. He cups his mouth and yells back. "Who is calling me?!"
Jeremy about shits his pants when he hears a response he never expected. He begins to move in the general direction. "It's me! Jeremy! Is this Nori?!" Who else would be nave enough to disclose their location in the woods?
"Yes!" Nori calls back in delight.
"I'm coming! Stay put!" Jeremy runs as fast as he can. "Is (You) with you?!"
"Yes!" Nori simply answers. By this time all their yelling has brought you out of hibernation. You crawl to the mouth of the cave and see Nori nude in the moonlight and smirk at his tight, cute little ass with a wagging tail right over the crack. Nori lets out a chuckle. This was fun.
Nori's body is jolted as he's tackled by a husky wolf with auburn brown fur. They hit every rock on the way down as they tumble and claw at one another. Nori squeaks as he hits the bottom, but the other wolf with a thicker built rolls onto his feet and snarls. Nori shakes it off and bares his teeth.
Jeremy is happy to hear his response, but the squeal of an injured dog puts him into full sprint again. He can see the two large carnivores circling one another. He turns off his flashlight and eyes out the scene. Two beasts, but no (You). Wait, he sees a someone lurking up on the slope of the cliff around some rocks. He takes the long way around and starts to climb. Meanwhile Nori faces off while seeing double. The blood dripping down around his ears warns him of his injury, but he shakes off the blood and charges. The bigger werewolf rears back and swipes his paw at him. Nori, being faster, jumps up and sinks his teeth around it's ear and the corner of it's head. The brown brute stands on his hind legs, grabs Nori, and body slams him. The wind is knocked from his body. Nori isn't as much as a seasoned fighter as this enemy. The brute balls his front paws into fists, lifts them over his head, and slams his arms down with such force they split up the ground when Nori dodges by the hair on his tail. A hit like that would have shattered his ribs into his organs either killing him instantly or paralyzing him with so much pain he'd have nothing to do but quickly bleed to death. Nori goes low. He bites onto his Achilles' tendon and rips savagely. The brute falls to one knee and swats at Nori. All Nori has to do is hop out of the way with the leg still in his mouth. The brutes' bigger frame restricts how far he can reach so begins trying to kick him off. Nori hangs on tight. Fed up the brute begins to roll and roll no matter what the damage to himself. Nori catches a tree and takes some flesh as he's wedged off. Both wolves immediately turn on one another. They fight head on. Nori swoop down to bite at the jugular, but the brute is onto his game and pulls his head back only to thrust it forward smashing it against Nori's skull. Nori falls to the ground, his tongue hanging out, and left to twitch.
He hits Nori so hard your head starts to ache. You watch as he sniffs the air and then glares in your direction. He knows where you are and you have no weapons to defend yourself. On his powerful hind legs he leaps up the rocks like a mountain goat. You have no choice but to run and buy some time for help to arrive. You slip up the rocky surface trying not to get wedged between boulders. He's almost on you missing your skin by mere inches. You arrive at the top and begin to run. It's right behind you. The wind catches you and stop in your tracks as you look down over a sheer drop. If the breeze wasn't blowing in your favor it would have pushed you over. You step back and turn to face it. He stands hunched over on hit's hind legs with it's arms to the side. It heaves heavily. Jump or be eaten. . .isn't their a third option? If only your mind could think of one, but as you peer into it's deep brown eyes you find non. It's not in any hurry. It takes it's steps slowly, but surely. You hold your ground. You hold onto your pride.
Shot rings out through the open air. Some fur and droplets of blood fly off his shoulder. He peeks back and sees Jeremy awkwardly forcing his way up. He leans down about to jump upon him when Jeremy ducks and Nori shoots out like an arrow and tackles him to the ground. He rips and tears at the brute's chest. You're heart has been leaping around your ribcage so much you could keel over. Jeremy runs to you. "Are you. . ." He starts to say, but then spots the ears. "What happened?" He'd be more amazed if two werewolves weren't throwing down only fifteen feet away. It's way too much for you to explain. You keep yourself covered and walk over to him.
A black body is flung over and wipes Jeremy off his feet. The gun clatters on the ground. The big brute comes at them. You grab the gun and fire. He is able to dodge it at the last second and so does Nori who was moving up behind him. You're stung with sweat that was a close one. Nori bites into his back, but his bite isn't as strong anymore. The brute easily throws him to the side and he slides near the edge. You take aim, but you have to make this count. You fire, hitting the brute's back, and he stumbles forwards. He turns to you with homicide in his eyes.
Nori's bare body lays on the ground. He gets to his knees and sees you're in danger. Even without his werewolf strength he manages to grab hold and begins punching him. The brute gets in one hit to Nori's gun that lands him on his knees. You take aim again and fire, but nothing is left in the clip. You try again. He's going to kill Nori!
"Here!" Jeremy tosses you a spare clip and runs at the brute his last gun in hand. The brute wastes no time hauling back his arm and swiping at Nori. Jeremy's body falls back. In midair he fires three shots that blow holes in the brute's chest. They both fall victim to gravity and dive over the side of the cliff.
"Big brother!" Nori reaches out his hand to Jeremy who holds his hand out to Nori and smiles. Their hands never grip, but their pasts finally connect and they are family once again if only for a moment.
Nori watches as they fade into the morning mist. Nori's on all fours as you approach to take a look. There's no way either could have survived the fall, but then there's a painful howl sounding up from the bottom. Nori growls. He gets to his feet in a huff, blood covering his head, and starts to run off but then stops and glances back at you. He swings his head from the way down back to you. "You. . .I. . . Jeremy. . ." He's at a lost for explanation as he battles his heart and mind. "I have to find him. I owe him so much more. Please forgive me. I'll be back by your side soon!" He looks out over the horizon. "It's dawn. Those dogs won't come after you. They've gone into hiding by now. They can't stand the sun. Go home and find the other guys. You can't be here if more of them show up." You hesitate. He obviously can't transform any longer. He's wasted too much energy and ha no moon to aid him. "Go." He says and moves out on his own.
Home. You can make out a clearing where the neighborhood must be where the sun is rising. It's a sign. That's where you head. So you make your way back. Being able to see the world is smaller once again. You make sure to feel the marks you find on the trees and scratch up your legs through the safe trails. There are dead werewolves everywhere. Out from under a bed sized trap equipped with spikes on the bottom stick a pair of outstretched arms. You make sure not to fall into the hole filled with spikes and still moaning bodies. It's like a medieval torture chamber right down to the half of wolf who's top half is smashed between two logs. It's amazing how well all of these precautions worked.
The house comes into view. You can see the boarded up back door has been eaten in, but all is still. Harsh barking puts you on your toes. There's a werewolf caught in a bear trap. It thrashes at you violently, but can't break free. It's leg is snapped in two. The sunlight makes it cry and it's body shrinks considerably until all that's left is a lab that's foaming at the mouth. It sits on wobbly legs that give out and it lays dead on the ground. It burnt out.
You hold yourself a you walk inside. The flat, cool floors feel nice under your cracked and splintered feet. The dining room is still in tact and from there you can hear the television. There's someone watching TV. The sounds of typical 80's recorded laughter bring you joy as Mama calls her son an idiot. Only one person would watch that show. Jiro. You call out his name and wait for him to come to you as you slide to the floor your own legs too weak to carry you any longer.
Footsteps approach and you see black boots. Up the legs are grey jeans and his shirt is an artic blue. All very stylish. This isn't Jiro and you want to cry. You are looking up at a gorgeous blonde with teal green eyes. He leans against the wall with his shoulder, folds his arms, and smiles. You shake your head in disbelief. He nods his a bit. You jump up and try to run back out the way you came, but he snags you up and makes you face him. You shiver in his vulture like embrace. "Welcome home, bunny."

NOOOO!!! All that and Vahe still wins?! Where is everyone! They better get here soon!
I'm going to pop a cap in his f*cking brain, I swear to god!

That was exciting! Whooo! Do I get another doggy-style sex bomb AND with Vahe?!
Sanguine. There for you, left you, now has disappeared. Now that the sun has come up and all the creatures of the night have reverted back will he do the same or will he stow away like a vampire and await the coming dusk?
Chapter 34: Werewolves, vampires, and gun toting maniacs, Oh My! I'm housed with the bad guys and they couldn't be ruder. It's my house they should leave if I want them to! They are not welcome! Though the night is over the dangers just keep mounting. Sanguine is on the lose, Nori is trying to redeem himself, Akio is has to save Ozzy and Sarah on his own; Jiro is lost in the woods, and I'm being held by a gang of werewolves out for blood. Just wait a second, if you all are here then where is Abel? There are troubles even amongst their own kind. Maybe that'll work in my favor?

Jiro didn't get to save you, but he helped in his own way. It's a major adrenaline rush to use live hand grenades on werewolves. If only you were their to share in the joy. He'd of beat Abel to death with his bare hands if he'd of seen what he was doing to you. As for Nori. . .he'll understand. Honesty is the best policy. Now he must find his way back to you.

Akio's meeting took much longer than previously anticipated. He comes into a scene of mass chaos and can't make heads or tails of anything. He goes along with the logic and pray that are you being taken care of. For once he's putting his faith and trust in the others as well as his strong spirited love. But you'd rather him be there for you than away. He can't save everyone's day.

Nori kept his promise and that much more. He couldn't prevent the rape, but he sure as hell stopped it. Your pain is his pain. He is your loyal pet and lover to the end. His leaving you to get home by yourself wasn't betrayal, but it would be betraying his heart if he couldn't save Jeremy one way or another. You must understand that. He's going to save you again. Vahe will not take you from him.
