As the trees and rocks passed us, all of a sudden there were lights and buildings. We were in the city. He ran into an alley way and put me down "Ok" he whispered "Stay close to my side and stay calm. Were in the city now and not many good people live here. Understand?" I nodded and he walked to the entrance of the alley way. He looked then nodded his head for me to come. I walked over to him and he grabbed my hand. We walked down the street and the whole time it was quiet. I realized that I kept gaze toward the ground, I looked up and there were people walking past us. They LOOKED human, but I got a closer look at a man and he defiantly was not! His hair was a blazing fire red but his eyes were black. He looked at me and grinned. His teeth were bright white. He stuck out his tongue and wiggled it in the air, in a lewd gesture, his tongue was split at the tip, like a snakes. Derek saw this and growled, the snake dude immediately stuck his tongue back in his mouth and looked down while walking faster. We continued walking until we came to a huge black building, with neon purple letters, Club Rose, it said with a neon red rose. We were here and my heart was racing. What if I end up one of those girls that go in but never come outor what if I end up raped and naked in an alley way??!?! I hope Derek doesnt let that happen.I pray.

Derek walked up to the front door and a big scary looking dude blocked the doorway. Derek said something that I didnt understand and the guy stepped away from the door. We entered and Derek wrapped his arm around my waist. Music blasted, we looked and there was a mesh of bodies dancing, moving, and grinding. Derek looked at me smiled. I smiled back, but inside, I was terrified. Someone called my name but I could barely hear over the music. "HALEY!" it was Angels voice. She ran up to me and gave me a huge hug, "God what took you so long" she laughed. I just smiled and laughed. She grabbed my hand and dragged me to the dance floor. She started dancing and I just stood there "Come on Haley, dance!" she said. I started to swing my hips to the rhythm of the music. Angel walked up to me and we started grinding while laughing out heads off. Then I felt someone behind me and I turned around and looked. It was another girl, she had short, pixie cut hair, which was pink, and her eyes looked like different shades of colors (its dark and theres colorful lights ) She smiled and saw the sharp canines. I turned to Angel and motioned my head toward the girl. "Hey sweets, my names Sandy, whats yours" she whispered in my ear, her voice was soft, like a purr and it sent chills down my spine. Angel looked at me and smiled. "Her names Haley" Angel said "Hey, Haley, imma go and get a drink, ok? Have fun!" and she walked away.

Sandy turned me around so I was facing her, "its ok Hun, just relax, I wont hurt you" She said. She grabbed my hips and pulled me forward; closing the little gap we had between us. He put me down and lifted up my dress and I heard him sigh "Good, she didnt do any damage". I was confused; he continued to look me over and looked at me. I couldnt look him in the eyes. I felt so guilty. He picked me up and began to run. I clung to him and cried, how could I let that happen? How could I do this to him??

We arrive home and he walks in. He walks up to his room and opens the door. He sighs and lays me on the bed. He looks at me and sees the tears in my eyes and his face drops. "No Haley! Im not mad at you! I was mad at that wench, please stop crying. Im not mad at you" he said while wiping away my tears "maybe if I explain why I was angry, maybe youll understand better. See Sandy is in fact a vampire; shes part of the reason why girls disappear from the club. The girl found raped in the alley was caused by her.
