LAYOUT CREDIT TO VICTIMIZED. This teaser is basically because I haven't updated in ages. And I don't want anyone to think I'm gone or anything. I'm not gone. Just struggling to come up with anything new. So don't abandon me. LOL. I really, really love this story. It's turning out to be really great. And this is the one that even JezKa hasn't read- so consider yourself luck. GO TO THE RESULTS FOR THE REST 0_o

Gerard and Amelia sit next to one another; each with their backs pressed against a wooden plank acting as a back rest. Although the sun had made its presence know the past few days, it made none today. Instead off-coloured clouds loomed in its place. The siblings didn't take too much notice of the weather; it was simply just another day, with Gerard going to work and Amelia going to school.
Amelia had grown rather fond of the trips she made with her brother on the ferry into New York. They had seemed to of struck up quite a bond. You see, Amelia, being the younger sister to Gerard and their other brother, Mikey, found that the difference in age stumped their relationship as teenagers. By the time Gerard was attending college, Amelia was in her first year of middle school; listening to bands that Gerard never had. Gerard just thought of it as just one of those things that happened when the age difference is quite large. Gerard was drinking, going to shows and attending art school; a fourteen year old girl just didn't entertain him as a nineteen year old college student. Now, as for Mikey- the middle child- she had no problem getting along with him. Amelia had looked up to Mikey; borrowing his tapes and CD's only to bring them back with scratches and missing cases. But now Gerard was making up for it, she thought, the ferry rides were the perfect solution to building a relationship.
"Gerard." Amelia calls to her brother; motioning for him to join her at her spot at the front of the boat; leaning her pale arms over the railing separating her from the murky water.
Gerard shuffles towards her, smiling as he reaches her side.
The two looked quite alike; Amelia and Gerard shared the same coloured hair, eyes and skin but unlike Gerard- who looked more like their Dad- Amelia had taken after her Mum, just like Mikey had. And, although some would disagree and spot the similarities between the three of them, Amelia could see who was and wasn't alike.
"Mikey told me about Friday." she smirks.
Gerard nods in response, picking a thread from her black t-shirt and throwing over the side of the boat.
"Are you going to invite me?" she hints.
"What? So then everyone can give me shit about bringing my little sister." he chuckles, his eyes being drawn to the sky.
Amelia pouts, folding her arms over her chest in protest. Gerard doesn't tear his gaze away from the low flying plane zipping through the clouds; his sister soon following his stare too, her eyes now fixated on the plane.
"That plane's flying low." he mumbles; brows knitting together.
Amelia shrugs, swinging herself around so now her back is towards the water; picking at the chipped polish on her nails.
She wanted to go to this party that Gerard and Mikey were invited to; after all, she was a young, single woman. But Gerard also knew this; giving him every single reason- as an older brother- for her not to go.

REST IN RESULTS
Tell me where we go from here...?
"Why can't I?" she presses.
Gerard waves a hand in her face, telling her to be quiet. She was about to protest, but Gerard's face falls and everything seems to go silent.

He makes that couch look WAAAAAAY better than it should...
