Come Again???? (Shaman King story) 6

We landed in a large city, I can't remember where but it was huge. It reminded me of New York but Japan style. Zeke started walking towards a little forest, he set up a fire and told me what he wanted me to do.
Zeke; I need you to gather some information on my little brother, Yoh. He looks almost identical to me so you shouldn't have any problems finding him. You will be going into his school and probably his class.
Me; One question. What do you want me to find out about him?
Zeke; How his training is coming along. I need him to be as strong as possible to help me change the world.
I didn't understand why he would need his brother's help to change the world but if that's what Zeke wanted then I would help. Knowing how over protective Zeke is I waited for him to continue, he didn't. It was odd, very odd.
The next morning I walked into this huge school (still looking back to see if Zeke had changed his mind) which I was meant to find a guy called Yoh Asakura. This was going to be interesting. I walked in and was given a seat next to a girl called Anna, she looked vaguely familiar. I got on with the day following this Anna around, she didn't talk much but I enjoyed the new experience. It was half way through lunch when she finally talked to me informally.
Anna; Sakura, did you used to live in Waytaught Manor west of Tokyo?
How did she know the place of my birth? Wait, I remember now. She was our neighbour and I played with her a couple of times. But we were never really close.
Me; Yes, why?
Anna; Do you remember me?
Me; Yes.
Her little friend was staring straight at me. I didn't know who he was but I was about to hit him before this tall boy (at least taller that the boy Anna had sat down next to), he had brown hair and seem very goofy. Was he Yoh Asakura?
Anna; Yoh! Yoh! Get over here now!
Yoh; What is it Anna?
Anna; Remember Sakura Tyma? My neighbour, the one whose parents were killed.
Yoh; Yeah. Is that her?
Me; "Her" has a name ya know!
Yoh; Sorry. Didn't mean it like that.
My first impressions of Yoh Asakura weren't great (I hate people who call me "her" or "it" or "she", not nice names) but I had to find out more for Zeke. I was invited back to their house and me and Anna talked and talked, catching up on lost time. Anna kept barking orders at both the boys, Yoh was training (or listening to music depends when we were talking about) and the short guy was cleaning, fast. Soon night fell and I had to leave, I said my goodbyes and went on my way. I returned to the forest and searched for Zeke, it didn't take me long, all I had to look for was a fire. The look of relief on Zeke's face told me he had expected me back a while ago, but he didn't complain because he knew I was doing as he had asked. As I was under the stars trying to sleep I reflected on my day, I felt good because I had become very close and it was a matter of time till they showed me Yoh's strength.
Time seemed to fly by, no sign of Yoh's fighting skills just him running round the city to become stronger. Yoh had passed his entrance test to the Shaman Tournament and I spent my time talking to Anna and Yoh's friend who cleaned and was short, Morty. One day me and Anna went out, leaving the boys to clean the house. When we came home we found this rather plump blue haired boy on the table. Anna was furious and made him clean the whole house. I think the boy may have had a tiny crush on Anna, poor, poor boy.
Question; Who was this boy?
