No Damsel in Distress... #6 part 1 Finally Answers! (Vampire, Elemental, Shapeshifer, Dragon)

Alice slowly opened her eyes, her head throbbing and her shoulder numb. She cursed inwardly as she recognized the room she was in. Once again, upon waking she had hoped it was all a dream and once again she was forced to realize that it had all happened. She sat up and cringed, a throbbing pain shooting through her head. She touched her shoulder gingerly, wondering why it was completely numb. There was a small knock on the door and Alice smirked a little. She scooted to the middle of the bed, wrapping the covers around her. "Come in." She said, having to clear her throat once before she could speak. Adrian stuck his head in the room and smiled at her. "Good morning. How are you?"
Alice smiled back at him. "I'm all right."
Adrian smiled at her and took a seat on the corner of the bed. "So I bet you have some questions."
"Are you actually going to answer them?"
Adrian laughed. "I'll do what I can. Some things I may not have answers for though. So what would you like to know?"
"First off, what are you four?" She asked, looking at him intently. Normally she tried to be more diplomatic than that but she was too fed up with this whole experience to worry about it.
Adrian laughed. "I'm an elemental, basically a human who can control the elements with personal magic. Christian is a shape shifter, like he told you. Morgan is a vampire-"
"Wait." Alice said, holding up a hand. "You mean a real vampire? Blood sucking, afraid of garlic and crosses, allergic to light? That sort of thing?"
"Sort of." Adrian said, still laughing a little. "He drinks blood, but he isn't afraid of garlic, crosses and he can go out in the sunlight. Vampires normally stay out of the sun because it reveals them for what they truly are. Unlike Christian and me; vampires aren't human. Christian and I are genetically human; the only difference is that we have some form of magic. Vampires are genetically different from humans, it's a slight difference but it's still noticeable."
"Noticeable how?" Alice asked, frowning slightly.
"Their skin is shiny for want of a better term. It glistens in the light in a way human's skin cannot, they also have abnormally sharp teeth, their eyes tend to hold an unnatural light, they dont move like humans do If you haven't seen it it's hard to explain but once you see it you know it." He said, shrugging a little.
"All right, what is Cai?" Alice asked, making a mental note to study Morgan next time she saw him.
"He's a Water Dragon" Adrian said reluctantly. "In many Eastern countries Water Dragons are the guardians of the people. Cai is one such being, he spends most of his time in human form of course."
Alice frowned. "This is unbelievable."
"I'm sorry about all this.." Adrian said, looking at her sympathetically.
Alice shook her head. "You don't need to be. I never thanked you properly, for two nights ago I mean..."
Adrian grinned. "Hey, my pleasure."
