Not So Troublesome (Rika) ~one shot for MikiShika~

Rika was your average teenage girl who loved anything involving music and having fun and playing pranks much like one of her friends the number one knuckle head ninja Naruro Uzumaki himself. Rika lived with her family in Konoha until one day they were killed by Orochimaru, she now lives her life with Kakashi Hatake. Her best friend in the whole wide world is Shikamaru Nara who also happens to be her crush and where were going to start the story. Rika was sitting in her favorite spot watching the clouds roll on by in the lazy afternoon. She yawned a bit and soon a shadow of a figure was cast over her eyes hey your blocking the sun she simply stated. Shikamaru looked down at her with a semi-bored expression and sat next to her. thought youd be a little happy not to be alone on your birthday but I guess not He said bored. Rika sat up and hugged him then backed off blushing a bit. Shikamaru turned to hide his flushed face. Rika laid back down and watched the clouds with him. thanks for remembering my birthday Shika it means a lot She stated still watching the clouds. not a problem you think I would forget my best friends birthday Shika replied watching the clouds roll by. Rika smiled to herself and snuggled a little closer to him, there relationship was a little more than just best friends but both were to afraid to admit it one another that they were in love maybe one of them would eventually say something to the other maybe just maybe. Shikamaru sat up well better get going see ya around Rika he said heading off. Rika sighed yeah see ya Shika had a party planed for her and she didnt know anything about it.
A Few Hours Later
Rika started to head home and walked in the door hey why is it so dark in here she asked herself flipping the switch to turn the lights on. SURPRISE HAPPY BIRTHDAY all her friends shouted. Rika stood there in shock as Shika smiled and walked over to her. Rika looked at him did you do all this she asked. Shika nodded. Rika wrapped her arms around him in a hug. Sakura spoke up hey lets play 7 minutes in heaven. Both Rika and Shika groaned. Since it was Rikas birthday she was lucky victim number one and picked out a jade cloud shaped stone. Shika headed for the closet hands in his pockets. Rika blushed and was shoved in the closet by Naruto hehe have fun he said shutting the door. The minute Rika was shoved in she tripped over something and fell into Shikas lap blushing like mad. Shika was also red uh uh he stammered. Rika sat there against the wall for awhile until soft lips hit hers, she was in shock but gave in and kissed Shika back lovingly and sweetly. Shika pulled her closer and deepened the kiss while Rika wrapped her arms around his neck lacing her fingers in his hair. Shika wrapped his arms around her waist kissing her til the closet filled with light and both walked out hand in hand and Shika sat with her on his lap whispering in her ear be mine I love you Rika smiled and kisses his lips gently of course I will and I love you too Shika held her close.
Years later Rika and Shika are still dating and going strong loving one another with all there heart. Who would of ever thought that Shikamaru would find a girl that wasnt troublesome? No one really has the answer to that question and no one really minds not anymore seeing that Shika is now happier than he has ever been when he has Rika with him.
