Shigure's Sister - 2

I didnt feel like unpaking so i threw my backpack on the floor. i opened my front pocket of my backpack and took out my ipod. my stomach growled.
*im hungry...i'll go check the fridge.*
i turned on my i-pod and listened to "insert loud rock song here" i walked down the steps and went into the kitchen and opened the fridge.
*theres nothing to eat here...*
"nii-san! wheres all the food!?" i yelled to shigure in the other room.
"tohru went to get more at the grocery store." shigure informed me.
*hn. forget tohru! i'll go out to eat! but i need money...hmmm* "oh shiguuuureeee!" i called in my sing songy voice.
"what is it?" he replied. i walked over to his office and poked my head in to see him working on those perverted books. "nii-san i'm going out." i said.
"okay be back soon." he gave a small wave and went back to work.
"i need money." i replied bluntly.
shigure turned to me.
"i dont have any money." he told me.

*oh so thats the way it is? fine be that way!* i put on my best puppy dog face. shigure's eyes widened and he turned his head quickly.
"niiiii-saaaaan! look at me." i cooed.
"no! i know what your doing and i wont fall for it!" shigure said.
i crept towards shigure grabbed his shoulders and turned him towards me. "look into my eyes!" *i got him now!*
"oh fine! i'll give you five." he said. i frowned.
"fifteen." i countered.
"ten." he demanded.
"twelve my final offer and i wont take any less!" i declared while pointing at him.
"fine." shigure said disapointedly. *geez! its only twelve dollars gosh!* he gave me the money and i pranced out the room. i poked my head back in his office to say,
"you know i looove youuuu!"
"yeah yeah whatever." he grumbled. i grabbed my skateboard and left the house. i didnt skateboard while i was in the woods. its too hard to skate in the grass and the last thing i need is to trip on some root, fly through the air and sprain my wrist or something. then again they'd probably call hatori and i havent seen him in a while. when i finally got to pavement i put my skateboard down and headed towards the closest salad bar which was a few blocks away. at least thats how i remembered it. i did a couple tricks on my way there like a kickflip .

when i saw i was aproaching the salad bar i did my final trick, a frontside 360

. i stoped in front of the salad bar.
"hey! aiko-san." someone called. i looked up and saw none other than tohru.
*oh joy! the sugar high motermouth herself with kyo and yuki following her like lost puppies. nice* "i didnt know you skateboarded aiko-san." yuki commented.
"oh yeah something i picked up in canada." i told him.
"that trick you did was cool." tohru complimented.
"oh uh thanks." i said avoiding her gaze.
"what are you doing here?" yuki questioned.
"i was going to go get a salad here." i answered.
"well i was just about to go home and cook." tohru said.
"well im already here and im hungry now so whats the point of going back?" i asked rudely.
"you dont have to be so damn rude!" kyo shouted. i glared at him.
"i wasn't being rude." i said calmly.
"yes the hell you were!" kyo continued.
"kyo-kun please-" tohru started trying to stop him i suppose. i dont need her help.
"why are you so upset? do you like her kyonkichi?" i asked slyly.
"N-NO! i dont and dont call me that!" kyo shouted.
"listen CAT shut up! your making a scene!" i growled. i was getting a little annoyed.
"DONT CALL ME THAT EITHER YOU STUPID-HEY COME BACK HERE!" kyo yelled at me as i pushed open the door to the salad bar.
"nice job idiot." yuki said cooly as he began to walk back to shigure's.

i decided to eat my salad in the salad bar i wanted to drag out as much time s possible before i had to go home. *the day after tomorrow i start school. horray! can you sense my sarcasm? im just going to be an outcast all over again. it took me a year and a half to start trustingthe friends i had in canada. even then i only had three friends i trusted. i miss them. i wonder if i can steal shigure's computer and download instant messanger. i'll be able to talk to them then. i guess i should get going now.* i got back on my skateboard and headed back to shigure's. when i got home tohru was cleaning.
*what is this chick? a maid?*
i decided to go out on the roof. thats where i always went to think. when i got to the roof it was already occupied. "what the hell are you doing here?" i asked kyo, snapping him out of his thoughts.
"what are you doing here? i always come up here." kyo grumbled.
"well i always came up here when i used to live here two and a half years ago." i stated.
"oh." kyo muttered. like i said before sometimes we get along. we sat in silence for a while. "why are you so damn rude to tohru?" kyo asked all of a sudden. i was surprised by his question.
*where the hell did that come from?!*
"i hear you arn't exactly the nicest person towards her either." i replied.
"just answer the damn question." kyo growled.
"didnt shigure tell you? i dont like strangers. expecially ones that know our secret..."
"will you get over your trust issues? shes only trying to be your friend!" kyo said harshly. i stood up.
"i dont have trust issues!!! and who says i want to be her friend?!"
i shouted. how dare he tell me my issues? he doesnt know me
"everyone else trusts her." kyo stated now calmer.
"yeah well i guess im just not like everyone else huh?" i questioned. kyo looked at my pained expression and i turned away before he got to jumped to any conclusion.
*i always have been different. i was always treated differently by akito, the other members of the zodiac used to hate me because i got 'special treatment' i-im just a kid...* i then jumped off the roof and ran towards my hideout. the one only i knew about.
