"What to wear, what to wear! That shirt is so ugly." I pointed out, throwing the shirt in the trash can. When did I ever buy that piece of junk anyway? I was probably six when I chose it. That maybe explains why the shirt is extra large. "Where is my dresser when I need her?" Was it green that made me look good? Wait, maybe it was blue. I tried on the sparkly blue top I found on the floor. "Oh, definitely blue. But not the sparkles." Hey! That wasn't in my closet a week ago either. Mom went shopping for my clothes without me again. Figures.
"Holly! There's a boy outside of our house looking for you! He's a handsome one too!" Thanks mom, first buy me hideous clothes, then embarass me. You can only do so much to me. "Please come in, I want to get to know the boy my daughter is going out with." WHAT?
I ran down the stairs, also buttoning up my tight, black jeans. "Mom! Nick isn't going out with me. Plus, his brothers are waiting in the car for us. Come on, Nick." I said, pulling Nick up from the couch. "Bye! Love you!"
"I better get to meet all three of these boys properly when you get back!" She shouted, blowing me a kiss. Greaaat.
"Sorry about her, she tends to get a little excited when I get new friends." I apologized, getting in the car.
He got in right after me, shutting the door. "That's alright. My mom is just like that." Thank God I'm not the only one.
"Hello to you too, Holls." Joe greeted, flicking me on the arm. Oh, I didn't even notice I was sitting next to him.
"What's up, DJ Danger?" I exclaimed, giving him an akward car hug.
He smirked, "Not much, yo." We are so cool.

"I was thinking we go get smoothies, then check out that amusement park over there." Kevin said, pointing to the very tall roller-coaster. You could see that from miles off, sheesh. I squealed, excited to go to the amusment park. "Yeah! I love those."
"Good. Because if you didn't, we'd ditch you and go ride some roller-coasters without you." Joe said, walking into the smoothie store. Pinkberry..
"Well, that's nice of you guys." I laughed, grabbing a spoon from the counter. "I'll order what Nick gets."
"How come you don't want what I get?!? You have to love fruity pebbles! You. Have. To!" Oh my goodness.
"Okay, get me what Nick has with some fruity pebbles. Happy?" I asked, not caring what exactly I was eating.
"Much more happier than I was a few seconds ago. Thanks for understanding, Holly." He said, passing me my yogurt/smoothie thing. It looks kind of gross, but I'll try it anyway.
"Whoever made this smoothie is a genius. Let's go thank that person, Joe." I told him, linking arms.
"Hello, uh....Samantha. I would like to personally thank you for making this delicious smoothie. Because of you and your awesome smoothie blending, my day is complete." His body wasn't even consumed with sugar yet.

"Now that we're done with that, let's go puke our guts out on some rides!" Joe yelled, running across the street. He stopped about halfway there to wait for us, of course. "You guys are a bunch of snails, hurry up!"
"I blame all of this on Kevin!" I shouted, running behing Nick. "Don't let him get me."
"Kevin wouldn't hurt a fly, I think you're safe." He chuckled, pushing me in front of him.
"You think!?! That means he might've hurt a fly sometime in his nineteen and a half years! I am not going near him." I whispered to him, clinging on to his sleeve. "We're going to be stuck with each other for a LONG while."
"You're blowing this all out of proportion." Nick smiled, watching Kevin walk ahead with Joe.
"Oh, so is this your way of saying you don't want to hang out and get to know me?" I questioned, looking up at his face.
"U-uh no! Nevermind. Forget I ever said anything." He stuttered, not looking at me.
"Okeydokey! So, Nick, my best buddy...what's your favorite color?" I asked, going off subject.
"Blue."
"WOW! Mine too! How awesome is that?"
"As awesome as it can get." He stated, putting an arm around my shoulder.
"This just might become a beautiful friendship, Nick."
