It was so bright. Fear consumed her. Just like before.
'There you are, I was wondering how long you could stay awake.'She spun around quickly. He was standing right there, his purple hair moving with the harsh breeze. Air was whiping around her. She wished she wieghed more, she feared she would fly off.
'Just leave me alone!' She screamed, tears of blood streaking her face.
'You need to come home. Everything will be better that way'She fell to her knees crying and hugging herself. She was shaking rapidly.
It felt like her mind was going to explode. Her head was thobbing, and she couldn't see straight. Something was prodding her mind. He grabbed her arm, pulling her into a standing position. Her sobs racked her body as the crimson tears flooded over her cheeks. He slapped her, the noise echoed.
The prodding became more intense. She began to scream, louder and louder until she began to get woozy from lack of air. Finally, the probbing stopped, leaving behind a dull trob.
Then I reliesed, I was her.
'Get away from me!'
He growled and shoved her to the ground.
'Shut up!'
There was some one else. A woman. Long green hair and light blue eyes. The one from the flashback so long ago. My mother. My mouth thinned into a straight line.
No. Not my mother. Her mother. I don't have a mother. I have a Daddy not a Mom.
'LeAvE mE aLoNe!~!'
The lady grimaced.
'Why would you run away? Why are you so ungreatful!? The woman shreikedShe screamed. I felt the pounding return.
'Daddy... Daddy! Daddy MaKe ThE pAiN sToP!~!' I screamed holding my head.
The woman and the boy looked past her to me. I stood up holding my head, crying, my cheeks stained red. Everything was blurring. Another figure was standing beside the boy and the woman. Her father.
'DADDY! DEBLIN! RIDON! ALEX! AARON! LEXIUS! PLEASE HELP ME!~!' I screamed, shaking everything.
Shadows began marterializing beside and in front of me. Her mother sneered.
'Who are you?'
One shadow glided forward.
'Vallin's father. The one that comes when she screams.'
I gasped and latched onto the back of his legs, crying so hard, and staining his pants. He turned and picked me up.
'You are not her father. I'm a her father.' The man hissed.
'You're her father, not mine.' I whispered
My double, the one I watched while she pretended to be me. Daddy looked at me and kissed the back of my head. I saw two shadows move foreward. Aaron and Alex.
I closed my eyes.
'Daddy, I want to wake up. I don't like dreaming anymore.'
He looked down at me again, and sat down crossing his legs. I was sitting in his lap. I heard a crack and a gasp and looked up. Alex had punched her father, breaking his jaw. Her mother had been the one to gasp.
'Deblin, Ridon, Vallin wants to wake up.'
The remaining shadows nodded. I was getting shook and I felt something touching my face.
[.X.Going to Be in Third Person most of the Story.X.]
Vallin's eyes snapped open. Deblin was shaking her. He looked at her and smiled before colapsing on her stomach. Ridon smiled taking his hand off of her face. Serge, Aaron and Alex seemed to be passed out on the chairs around Serge's room.
"What's wrong with them?" Vallin asked softly.
"They're still in your mind love. When they come back, it will be safe for you to sleep again." Deblin yawned tracing shapes on her stomach.
She nodded and sighed playing with his hair. Ridon hugged her from the side.
"We should be able to go to Carfax soon." He said laying his head on her chest.
She nodded and yawned.
"Just stay up until they wake up Vallin."
She looked over to the door and saw Lucien. She smiled and nodded again. She saw Alex twitch, and sit up. He groaned and shook his head.
"You alright dad?" Ridon asked without moving.
"Fine."
Vallin closed her eyes.
"Not quite yet sweetheart, I got to come first to make sure you stayed awake. You have to wait until Serge wakes to sleep." Alex said moving her hair out of her face.
"Then tell him the hurry the fuck up. I'm tired." She groaned.
Aaron jolted up. He shook his head and covered his eyes.
"Lights. Please." He said rubbing his eyes.
Lucien shut the lights off. Vallin let out a shuttering breath.
"Whats wrong?" Alex asked, his hand had been left to rest on her cheek to keep her awake.
"The last time it was this dark, it was when I was hiding in the shadows I had created in my room. The day that Louis told me to hide. Also the day he said he had to leave. I think I was 5. I was afraid of the dark, but I was more afraid of what was happening downstairs." She said her eyes fluttering as she tried to stay awake.
Everyone heard an annoyed growl.
"Damned Faires don't know when to give up." Serge.
Lucien turned the lights on, but they were dimmed to were you could only see the pale orange light. Serge had stood up and was dusting his shirt off. Vallin let out a loud yawn. Everyone laughed at her.
"Can I sleep in peace now? Or will I be getting more unwanted visits?" She asked.
Serge chuckled.
"No more unwanted visits. Promise." He smiled.
She nodded. Deblin and Ridon stood.
"We're going to feed." Deblin stated.
"We will be back later." Ridon added.
"Stay alert. Many out there may want you dead." Aaron stated casually.
Vallin looked horrified. Serge sat down quickly and pulled her into his lap.
"They will be fine. It will be highly unlikely that anything out there could kill them." He said holding her close.
She nodded hesintly. She was still worried. "Dead" was not a very friendly word.
"I want to go to sleep." She said quietly.
"Ok, everyone would you please remove yourselves from my room." Serge grinned.
"Fine. We'll leave your bubble." Alex laughed.
Aron laughed as well.
"I think we're missing some really old inside joke." Deblin smirked.
The three guys glared at him.
"Shut up child." Aaron sneered.
"At least we aren't old geezers." Ridon shrugged.
Aaron and Alex had this 'To late to take it back, we suggest you run... Quickly' look. Vallin giggled. Ridon and Deblin looked at eachother in hollywood horror before bolting from the room. Alex and Aaron followed after them at human running speeds. Lucien laughed and followed the four laughing. Vallin yawned.
"Lets go to sleep now Vallin, you're tired, and you need peaceful rest." Serge said making her lay down.
She nodded and closed her eyes. Serge laid beside her and pulled her close.
"Do you feel safe when we are with you?" He asked her.
"I feel very safe when with any of you." She answered. I just came to say goodbye
He smiled, "Good."
She yawned and nuzzled as close as she could to her father before falling asleep. He continued to stroke her hair, thinking.
While she could sleep peacefully, thoughts were racing onehundred miles per hour through his head. He kissed the top of her head.
"I am always here for you. I will always care for you my child. I love you so much. I could never let anything more happen to you. You've been through so much, I just want to know what will make you happy. Anything. I will do anything to make you happy." He said to the sleeping girl.
He kissed her again and closed his eyes.
[.X.Serge's PoV.X.]
I heard whispers. Vallin was speaking. I opened my eyes. She was sitting up and playing with something in her hands. She was whispering a song.
"You come to me with scars on your wrist
You tell me this will be the last night feeling like this." She whispered.
She tossed the thing into the air. It spun around neatly. She caught it again.
"I just came to say goodbye
I didn't want you to see me cry, I'm fine
But I know it's a lie."
She stood up and walked to the window.
"I'm sorry I woke you up." She whispered.
I blinked in shock. I hadn't moved at all.
"That's how I knew you were awake, you turn a lot in your sleep." She said looking out the window.
She looked scared. I stood up and walked behind her.
"Why are you up so late baby?" I asked picking her up and carrying her to the bed.
"I kept hearing whispering. I couldn't get back to sleep." She said turning the little thing in her hands more.
I grabbed her wrist gently and brought her hands over to me. She was holding a chain. A plain silver snake-chain. Vallin's eyes began to gleem taking on a lime greenish hue. I frowned. That looked very elven.
"I woke up and it was around my neck. I can't put it down." She said looking at it without moving her head, only her eyes.
"Do you mean that you can put it down, but don't want to? Or you just cannot at all?" I asked.
"I cannot at all. It scared me, when I took it off, it started to tighten. I think I made it mad." She said quietly.
I gripped the chain and pulled it from her hands. Nothing seemed to happen. Her eyes stopped glowing and returned to their natural purple/black hue. She blinked slowly, and colapsed into my lap.
"Vallin?!" I lifted her up and cradled her in my arms.
Her eyes were closed. An extremely bright light flooded the room. I hissed and raised my arm to cover my eyes. The light disapated and left a man in its wake.
"Give her back the necklace, or she wont wake up."
I glared at the man and stood.
"Who the hell do you think you are?" I hissed.
"Her angel, give her back the necklace."
I glared at him and dropped the chain into Vallin's hand. Her eyes fluttered open.
"Louis?!" She gasped.
He smiled. It was the angel from her past. Angels were against us in this war. Vallin's eyes turned green again. But it seemed like something ran through them.
"I wont go home. This is my home." She cried throwing the blanket over her.
"You're the enemy now Angel. You're on the Faires and Elves side, she understands this. You are a creature of the light." I smirked.
"You understand how ungreatful you are being, right Vallin? I saved you from death." Louis declared.
I scofted.
"She's not stupid. She's a vampire. She knows not to trust those of the light." I stated.
Vallin crawled out from under the blanket and slipped off the bed. Louis was smirking, until she stopped behind me and grabbed the back of my jeans.
"You want to take me back to the people who invaded my dreams. I don't want to go to them. You are of the light, and help them. I will not listen to any of the light. I will not." She said nuzzling her head into my back.
I smirked, "Now do you understand Louis?"
He glared.
"You are going to regret this Vallin. When we finally bring you to your home, you will be punished." Louis stated.
The light came back. I hissed and turned covering Vallin, who would be senstive to light. It took age to be able to walk in the sun or any light. Vallin was a baby, and would still parish in the light. I reliesed that she had been reading my mind before. She was a vampire now. A baby, three to four days old. The second bite that Deblin gave her turned her. She only turned recently, probably when I faught(sp?) her. When she got so angry with me. The day before her birthday. Her birthday was yesterday. She was a good 3 days old.
The light disapated once again, and I stood up straight.
"Vallin, you have officially turned love." I whispered holding her face in my hands.
She looked shocked and tears whelled in her eyes. She hugged me around the waist crying. I smiled and hugged her tightly.
"Vallin, I want you to change into some Pajama's. You need to sleep for a while. Preferably 1-2 weeks. Go change now." I said.
She let go and whiped her eyes.
"Why must I sleep so long?" She asked.
"Because, if you are awake, you will be in pain. It takes time for your body to die, yours will begin to die soon, now hurry and change." I smiled.
She nodded and ran out of the room. I mentally told everyone plans would be changing... And listened in on Deblin's dream < < >>
Vallin came back and jumped on the bed. I smiled.
"I'm going to take care of something, go to sleep." I said kissing heer forehead.
"You're going to leave me alone?" She whispered.
I saw the fear in her eyes and cringed.
"No, I will stay here with you. I promise." I said sitting down by her.
Her eyes glisend with a dull green sheen. She sat on my lap and curled into a tight ball closing her eyes. Her breathing was steady and even. I laid her down, but refused to go back on my word. I laid beside her and summund for Alex.
"You rang?" He asked cocking an eyebrow.
I chuckled.
"You know Vallin's changing? She wont be waking up for a bit. I need you to send the dogs over to the estate and have Deblin, Ridon, and Lucien go tomorrow(I LEARNED HOW TO SPELL TOMORROW!!!). You and Aaron will escort Vallin over when she wakes, you will come back and Aaron will stay. We will have Selena and Margret go over when you and I go. You going for the second time. I want one of the boys with her at every moment. Or... At least close. If I here one of them has followed her into the bathroom or something I wont be very happy." I grimaced.
Alex began laughing. Vallin gasped in pain and rolled onto her side, still asleep. He frowned.
"It will be very painful for her, wont it? Because she was bitten once, and was to young to be affected. But not Deblin bit her by accident, so she has the poison of two grown vampires running through her blood."
I nodded.
"Do you think her aperance will change? That's what happend to Jamison." Aaron said walking through the door.
"It might, I cannot say for sure. She has so much conflict in her bloods..." I trailled off as she gasped, her face contorting in pain and her body crunching itself into a tiny ball.
I pulled her to me, holding her in my lap. She cried out grasping her stomach. I frowned and sighed. My poor baby. I couldn't stand to see her in so much pain. It put me in so much pain.
"Serge, how about you let me watch over her while she dies. It will only go on for about three days. And then you can come back. You've already had to go through the pain of watching your child die." Aaron said quietly holding my shoulder.
I cringed slightly as Vallin let out a cry. I nodded and lifted her up moving out from under her. Aaron slipped into my place. I hurried from the room. Vallin cried out loudly. I felt tears stinging my eyes.
"I-I'll be back in three days." I gasped.
I ran down the stairs and all the way to the main foyer. I ran through the door that Vallin had asked about her first night here.
[.X.Aaron's PoV.X.]
Vallin screamed. I rolled onto my side, holding her tightly as she died. She was dying. Quite literally. Her heartbeat was stopping, all her internal organs were shriviling up. Her blood was running cold.
Serge didn't want to admit it, I knew he didn't. But Vallin could very well... Die. The two vampire poisons in her blood could simply distroy her. If the poisons distroy her, they distroy her soul. Vampire have cold blood, no heatbeat. All they had was their soul. The tiny spirit that lived inside of the desolate body.
I grimaced. What a happy thought.
Vallin screamed horribly loud. I cringed and held her writhing body close. I held her tightly as the screams depleted. Her lungs had failed. She began shivering. It was true that everything needed to breathe. And that was why part of dying to become a vampire was so painful. Your lungs colapsed, and it was impossible to breathe. The only thing that kept you from dying dying, was the poison and her soul. So far, all had gone well.
I just hoped all stayed well.
WHOOOOOOOOOOOO!~! Lol.
The nest one will have a 2 week time skip. I don't feel like narrating the whole fucking time Vallin's dying. It would be really boring too.
