Looks:

This was the last person you turned into, and yes the handcuffs are real. This is not what you truly look like though. I'll show that in one of the upcoming chapters.
Status: You are a prisoner of Orochimaru. He captured you for your ability to shapeshift, and is trying to figure out how your clan is able to do it. Kabuto has been conducting many experiments on you trying to figure it out.
Past: You were a very happy person as a teen. You had great friends, a beautiful home, and your family was very close. You were also dating Kabuto. You felt as if you loved him, and thought he would never betray you. Your life seemed to be going perfect until your clan was assassinated. Only ten members, including yourself were not killed. You went, and told Kabuto the horrible news and he seemed sympethetic at first. Orochimaru came, and captured you and you realized that Kabuto was working for him. You've been their prisoner for a little over a year, and you have heard no news of the remaining clan members.
Personality: You are very innocent and have big time emotional problems. Since Kabuto has been conducting experiments are you have tons of mental breakdowns, and you cry alot. You are afraid of being left alone, and you get scared when tons of guys are around you. You are scared of Orochimaru, but who wouldn't be? Every day you ask Kabuto why he did this to you, and his answer is always the same(you'll find that out in one of the upcoming chapters). Kabuto is still very polite towards you even though you are a prisoner, and is very kind even when he has to experiment on you. Everyday you also ask Kabuto if he'll take you outside, and he always says he would but he can't.
Other: No one has ever seen what you truly look like except for your parents who are dead. You cry yourself to sleep every night. You find comfort in the moon, and stars. Sasuke is also under Orochimaru's wing, and he rarely speaks to you but when he does he's always rude. A few times he has been sympethetic towards you, and let you go outside for a few minutes. You also stole the Akatsuki ring from Orochimaru, and he has no idea that you have it.
