Diggin' Sucks! (Holes story) Part 3

You looked over at everyone to see them staring at you and Zero. "What?" You asked confused. "Nothin'." X-Ray replied. You nodded and you made your way over to the water truck. You got in line behind X-Ray. "Your in my spot!" Zigzag said. "I beat you to it." You said. "We have our own little rules here. New people get to the back of the line that's how it works." X-Ray explained. "Well too bad I got here first." You replied. "Just follow the rule. No body else has complained about it before." X-Ray said. "Do I look like I'm everyone else?" You asked smartly. "You know what!" X-Ray said pushing you back. He continued to do that until you fell to the ground. You growled and stood up about to hit him when two hands wrapped around your arms pulling you back. You looked back and saw Zero. "Let me go Hector." You said angerly. "No..he isn't worth it." He said tighting his grip on your hands. He and Stanley pulled you away from the line. They let go of you and Zero poured the remaining water in his container on your head. "You calm now?" Zero asked. You sighed. "Yeah." You mumbled. He let go of your arms. "You should have let me hit him.." You said walking to the end of the water line.
~F.F. to meeting with mom~
You and the guys from Tent D were all sitting in a circle with mom while he asked you guys questions. "So Ashley, what are your hobbies?" he asked. You didn't say anything. "Come on Ashley tell us." he said. You remained silent. "Come Ashley we won't bite." he asked again. You sighed. "Can I go?" you asked. "When you answer I'll let you go." he said. You sighed. "I like singing, drawing, and hanging with my brother." You said. You frowned after mentioning your brother. You quickly got up and left before anyone noticed.
~Zero's point of view~
"So Ashley, what are your hobbies?" mom asked Ashley. You looked over at her wondering if she was going to answer or not. She stayed silent. "Come on Ashley we won't bite." he said. "Can I go?" She asked. You could tell she really didn't want to talk about herself. "When you answer I'll let you go." he replied. She sighed. "I like singing, drawing, and hanging out with my brother." she said. You noticed her frown after she mentioned her borhter. She quickly got up and left. "What's her problem?" Squid asked. "She probably misses her brother...She usually spends just about everyday with him." You mumbled. Mom looked over at you suprised you talked. Before he could say anything you got up and left. You began looking for Ashley. It didn't take long to find her, she was laying down on the dirt looking up at the stars.
~Ashley's POV~
"Are you alright?" a voiced asked. You jumped...startled. You quickly sat up and looked over to see Hector. "Yeah..I miss Tyler (you're little brother)." You said. "I could tell...You left right after you mentioned him." he said. You heard him sit down next to him. "Yeah..I miss him so much." You said. You felt tears building up in your eyes. You looked over at him. "What if he's not okay? I mean when I was around we were barly making it.." you said tears now flowing down your cheeks. "Ashley I'm sure he's fine." he said putting his arm around you. "He knows how to take care of himself. He had a great big sister to learn from." he said. You smiled slightly, wipping away your tears. "Thanks Hector." you said. "No problem..Come on..Let's go back." he said. You nodded and you two walked back to your tent. You layed down in your bed. "Night Hector." you said. "Night Ashley." you heard him say right before you fell asleep.
