The Only Support - Sasuke Uchiha - One Shot

"Don't leave!" She shouted, tears trailing down her face and dropping onto the dirt ground. Her hands were clenched at her sides and shaking slightly in desperation. "Please stay! Stay at Konoha, your home!"
Kazaya didn't want him to go.
She didn't want him to leave her there.
Without him she was nothing.
... Nothing...
"I must get stronger." Was his only reply to the girl standing a few metres behind him, her eyes widened and she took a step forward. He knew of her situation and yet he still let her selfishly lean on him for three years without a word said.
Maybe she was still being selfish...
... asking him to stay.
But she couldn't help it.
Kazaya needed him...
... Really needed him...
"You know he's just going to be using you-"
"Like you have." He interrupted her and she froze.
Realisation.
Cold and cruel realisation.
He didn't want her to lean on him.
She was just another simple annoyance to him.
Not that she could blame him.
The hand that she had outstretched had fallen limply to her side as the tears came harder.
"You still insist on crying?" He asked, hearing her stifled sobs. "You're the one that's in the wrong here."
"I know." She hiccupped. "And that's exactly why I'm crying."
All was silent. The trees had ceased their movement and the only sound heard were the sobs coming from Kazaya as she felt frustrated and angry at herself.
"You'll get over it." He said and caused her head to shoot up. "You'll find someone else and when you do you won't use him like you used me." He turned his head and eyed her with his obsidian coloured orb.
Her violet eyes filled up with fresh tears and they spilled down her pale face. "I'm so sorry." She mumbled over and over again until she could feel her voice cracking.
But by then, he was already long gone.
