"Munich..."
"Germany?"
"What other Munich do you know?"
"No need to be an ass..."
"Come on...I'd like to find some place the stay before dark ya know..."
"TO MUNICH!!"
The odd group filed out the hotel door. Adrian walked in front, arms behind his head, beside Jocheim, who was talking of his 'great ventures', followed by Jessy who had her hands in her pocket, followed by Alley and Jean, who were standing beside each other, talking.
"Jean...?"
"Yep?"
"Lemme see your staff."
"You're not gonna take off with it again are you?"
Jessy gave a cheeky grin, "No, I'm not."
Jean eyed her carefully, "Here then." She took it, playing with how the peices fit together. Alley laughed, watching her fasination of the staff, "Entertained?"
Jessy didn't really give a true answer, except a mumbled 'Umhum', as the group fell into silence.
"Ever thought of making it out metal?"
"What?" Jean looked at Jessy as she tossed the pieces around and fell into step with him.
"Making it out of metal, ever thought about that?"
"It'll be too heavy."
"Not if you make it out of aluminum...light but stronger."
"Weirdass...is that all you do? Think about what could be used as a weapon?" Alley rolled her eyes. Jessy growled, handing the staff back to Jean, "That has saved your ass more than once!"
"Whatever!" Alley shouted back. The two began whacking and hitting at each other, Jean trying to keep them apart, but they proved to much for him.
"Um...Adrian..."
Adrian turned around and sighed, pulling Jessy up to the front between him and Jocheim.
"It's impossible for you isn't it? To stay out of trouble?" Adrian asked with a smirk. She shook her head and rolled her eyes, crossing her arms as she quickened her pace, going to the front.
"AH! Munich, Germany!" Jocheim spoke, striking another dramatic pose. Adrian simply stretched as he walked by, the others following after him.
"Hotel, food, clues..." Adrian ordered, looking back at everyone.
" I call food!" Jean and Alley waved at the same time. They looked at each other with a small blush, then back to Adrian, who nodded, "Fine, but ya gotta get something else..."
"Hotel!" The shouted in unison.
"Of course...you leave the hard stuff to me..." Adrian sighed, "Meet back here at sundown. An extra hour if we're not here, then go looking for them. Agreed?"
"Agreed." They all spoke in unison.
"You're going off on yourself?" Jessy asked Adrian who yawned and nodded. "Stupid." She huffed, following after the carefree young man as Jocheim sat in the town square, entertaining the people but mostly the children.
"Food and hotel...this shouldn't be too hard should it?" Alley asked, glancing at Jean who, cringed slightly, "Yea...it may be a problem..."
"Why?" Alley's tone took on a seriousness. To which, Jean cringed, "Tourist season."
"Adrian...brought us here during tourist season?" Alley's eyebrow twitched.
"Adrian...well he...he's a really laid-back guy, he doesn't really remember that kinda stuff...damn well a genius, but he doesn't remember..." Jean shrugged with a small smile.
"Genius...?" Alley mused, looking up to the sky.
"Wanna hear a secret?" Jean grinned devilishly, which Alley thought was seriously hott but kept her opinion to herself, leaning over so he could tell her. When he got done, she jerked to the side with a gasp, "NO WAY!!" Jean nodded eagerly with a large, devious grin.
"HOTEL DOWN!" Alley punched the air with a large grin.
"Damn girl..." Jean looked amazed at Alley who shrugged, "It was take them and pay running out the door or fight...I mixed the two..."
"Stormy and Adrian gotta hear about that one..." Jean whistled.
"Stormy?" Alley quirked an eyebrow.
"Jessy equals Stormy, Sunshine equal's you...cute nicknames that match...I liked it..." Jean shrugged.
"Me likey!" Alley laughed, linking their arms as she tugged his along, "Gotta go get the food now!"
Jean laughed, following as Alley ran down the street with a skip in her step.
"Do you have any idea where we're going?"
"To find some clues..."
"Where?"
"Where the clues are..." Adrian shrugged, "You don't KNOW where clues are, you happen to stumble across them..."
Jessy smacked her forehead, "You can't be serious..."
"I am serious! If you don't like the way I do things, leave or shut the hell up!" Adrian spun around snapping at her. She jerked back, her expression one of somewhat hurt, then anger as she turned and walked back from where they came.
"Hey!!" Jessy waved both arms to Jean and Alley who looked up, Alley waving back with one hand, the other carrying some food.
"I though you went with Adrian..." Jean said. Jessy glanced to the ground, "He...said he'd rather go alone, so I thought I'd find you...need any help?"
"Sure...you can carry this!" Alley pushed the load off into Jessy's hand as she almost dropped the majority of it. Jean glanced at her again as she Alley chattered about something, but he went back to helping pick out the food.
"God bless...that's it...I'm gonna go look for him..." Jessy sighed, walking out the door, into the chilly night. The intelligent people were inside, wise to stay out of the cold. She mumbled profanities under her breath as she stalked through the town, checking most everywhere for the stubborn young man.
"There you are!" She sighed/growled arms crossed as she rounded a corner. Adrian stood, one arms scratching the back of his head, the other on his hip.
"We waited on you two hours...where have you been?" She asked, walking up to him. He sweatdropped,
"I...got lost..."
She sighed, grabbing his wrist as she pulled him back to the hotel.
"Cold?" Adrian asked. Jessy didn't turn around, "It's barely brushing 40 degrees...yes, I'm cold."
"Here." She put his leather jacket around her shoulders. She stopped and turned around, to Adrian who had an adorable-little-kid face on, and she sighed once again. He then tugged on her wrist, pulling her up to the hotel then pushing her through the door.
"Say a damn word Alley, and I'll rip out your goddamn tongue." Jessy growled, throwing Adrian's coat to him as Alley closed her mouth with a small smirk and snicker. Jean, on the other hand, didn't take an precoutions to hide his amusement, which resulted in a knife sticking in the wall a few inches from the side of his head. He looked to Jessy who's eyebrows were raised,
"I didn't miss on accident."
"And...you're still alive?" Jean asked Alley out of the blue as she grinned, mischeviously, "You stay alive when you know secrets...like the fact she's afraid of--" Jessy, with a panicked expression, jumped clear over the table clapping both hands over her friend's mouth who blinked. She sighed with relief, eyebrow twitching at Adrian's comment in the back, surely with a smirk,
"So...she's afraid of something..."
Alley smirked evilily opening her mouth, "Jessy afraid of--" "BUNNIES!!! ALLEY'S AFRAID OF BUNNIES!!!"
"JESSSSSSSYYYYY!!!" Alley squealed shaking her head with a deep red blush. Jessy crossed her arms with a devious smirk as Alley spun around, growling as she leaped for Jessy, who swung back, ramming into Adrian, who was knocked back as he wrapped his arms around Jessy to keep her from attacking the other. Jean grabbed Alley, and she tripped, falling on her back but she tried to jump up again, until Jean pinned her to the floor, stratling her hips somewhat. Adrian triped trying to restrain Jessy as she struggled, and ended up falling back, her landing on top of him. At this point, all people were in questionable positions, just as Jocheim walked in. He blinked back and forth between the pairs who blinked back, then Alley and Jean slowly pulled away from each other. Jessy and Adrian on the other hand jerked away from each other, Adrian pointing as acusing finger, "It's your fault!!"
She growled, grabbing what little stuff she had as she slipped her shoes on, "Hell with this and hell with you! Have fun asshole!"
She went out the door, slamming to the point it shook the house. Alley threw an apologetic look, grabbing her stuff and putting her shoes on as she shot out the door after her.
