The Battousai's Daughter?! (Kakashi Love Story) Chapter 1

"What do you think those two are doing down there, Kakashi-sensei?" Naruto asked, perched up in a tree with the rest of Team 7.

Kakashi frowned behind his mask and watched the two battling fiercely below. He could barely track the movements, they were so lightning-quick and fluid.

Team 7 was assigned a B-Class mission by Tsunade to track down some trespassing Ninjas who had crossed into Leaf and had made several attacks on the outside villages. They had been searching for two days when they came upon the two currently fighting below and hid themselves up in the tree to observe the two. So far, Kakakshi could easily surmise these two weren't ninjas as they had yet to use any jutsus.

If he had to guess the two were twin brothers, as they both looked identical in everyway, from their long red hair to their burning gold eyes. Their haori and hakama were practically ripped to shreds and rivulets of blood spattered nearly every spare inch of their visible porcelain flesh. This was a serious battle, one Kakashi recognized after years of engaging in them himself. It was a fight to the death, and both of them were blinded by such blood-lust that neither of them would stop the duel until the other was dead.

"I'm not certain, but I think they're having some kind of...disagreement." That was putting it mildly and he knew none of his students would believe the flippant explanation.

Sakura snorted derisively and glared at him. "Looks, more like they're trying to kill each other."

"Its not our problem, as long as they are not the ones attacking the villages. The two don't appear to be ninjas." Sasuke said dismissively.

Sakura blushed and giggled. "Of course, you're right Sasuke-kun."

Sasuke crossed his arms and rolled his eyes.

In one fluid movement the two red-heads sheathed their swords and leapt into the air and landed on opposite sides of the clearing, glaring intensely at each other. The one dressed in forest green lowered his hand and moved his right leg forward. The other one mirrored his movements.

"There is only one way to settle this fight, brother." The one clad in violet said bitterly.

Team 7 held their breaths and watched the tension between the two surmount to the critical point.

"Amakakeru ryuu no hirameki!" The two shouted at the top of their longs and disappeared in a blink of the eye.

In the next instant they stood facing with their backs toward each other their heads bowed.

In unison, the two collapsed to their knees and panted heavily.

Kakashi and the others trembled in both fear and surprise. They had never seen such a powerful sword technique before. It had to be the most powerful he had ever witnessed. The only thing Kakashi managed to catch at the very end of the attack was the two siblings flipping their blades to the flat edge. In his professional opinion, he could see the attack, the amakakeru ryuu no hirameki, was one that killed instantaneously. Even with the change in the attack, the two would be weak.

Now, was the time to speak with them and find out their intentions in Leaf.

Kakashi gestured to his team silently and they gracefully leapt to the ground, near the two weakened swordsman. He was confused by Naruto's unusual quietness, but ultimately relieved his trainee was behaving himself for once.

"Yo."

The one in violet glanced up, and he held his breath. This one wasn't a man at all, but a woman! A very attractive woman.

"What do you, ninjas want? This is not your business." She snapped and used her sword as a crutch to lift herself up, but fell over, and the gallant man Kakashi was, he caught her.

"You are in our territory, woman. So, of course it is our business." Sasuke said coldly.

The woman snorted and shoved Kakashi away, which was astonishing considering the strength of the attack she had just received. She fell to the ground again and glared at his petulant dark-haired student. "You are gutsy for a little brat. I'll give you that much."

"Just tell them, Ayame." The other red head said tiredly.

"Oh, so now you're talking to me." The woman named Ayame said sarcastically. "And here I thought I was banished from the clan and you had come to off me."

Kakashi and the rest of Team 7 stared at them.

"What do you mean?"
