BRENDONS POV
Pacing my frontroom, I debated. Two days have gone by since Skyler left for Paris, she took both girls, all her clothes and she didnt even say goodbye.
Now, I have a round trip ticket to Paris that leaves in two hours. I've noticed how much I need Skyler, how much I love Skyler, and how much our girls need both parents, not just one.
Tasha, Audrey, and even Sabrina are pissed at me for telling Skyler what I did. Ryan has kept quiet, though I know he thinks it's stupid. Eric, Jon, and Spencer are telling me to go after what's mine before she finds a French guy and he takes my place as her lover, friend and the father of my children.
"You're still here!?" I heard Audrey screamed.
I looked up to see her walking through the front door.
"C'mon" She tugged on my hand, then forced my outside and into Eric's car, which she is using. "Buckle up" She demanded, "And get rid of that ticket, we're taking Sky's plane"
I looked at her, "what are you doing?"
"Getting my bestfriends husband to her" She answered, "Brendon you've never been to her house over in Paris, you dont know where anything is" She looked at me like I was stupid, "I cant let you go over there and get lost"
"Oh" Was all I could say, "Audrey, Im sorry" I mumbled, not knowing why I did, but I felt like I had to apologize to her.
"Save it for Skyler" She frowned, "Not me, Im not the one who loves you with every fiber in her being, Skyler is"
I nodded.
Time passed, it seemed like I was on the small private jet for years. Standing on the doorstep of my wife's huge house, I went through what I was going to say in my head.
"Knock already" Audrey growled, then banged on the door before running back to the car that Held Gus in the drivers seat.
The door slowly opened and a man appeared. I made a weird face, "Is skyler here?"
He just looked at me.
"Pierre, I've got it, can you go finish getting lacey dressed" I heard Skyler say.
The man moved, then my wife appeared, without makeup, and her eyes puffy red, she's been crying.
"Brendon?" She asked softly.
I nodded but everything I wanted to say, slipped my mind, not a single word would come out of my mouth.
"What are you doing here?" She asked, putting her gaurd up, "You could've mailed the damn papers, and you are not getting either of the girls...No you're not"
"Its not about that" I whispered, "It's about us Minnie"
Her eyes seem to light up with hope when I called her the pet name I've always used.
"This is stupid, what are we doing?" I asked, "I love you, and you love me" I paused, "We'd be completely miserible with other people...So you made a big mistake, I can see passed it and forgive"
She nodded as tears threatened to fall.
I heard a soft whine. I looked down at my wifes legs to see Mia behind her, trying to get by, reahcing for me.
Skyler moved and let out daughter walk out to me. Mia lifted her hands high up in the air, as she smiled up at me.
I picked her up and held her tightly as I looked at Skyler again, "I forgive you for everything, it hurt yeah, but I cant lose you..." I paused, "Forgive me?"
She just nodded without a single word, almost as if shes been waiting for me to come back and get her. I stepped forward and hugged her the best I could with Mia in my arms.
"Mickey, what took you so long?" She whispered as she tightened her grip, "What took you so long to notice we need each other?"
I shook my head, "My pride, my stubborness...My ego" There I said it.
"I love you" She whispered.
I nodded as I kissed her neck softly, "I love you too, My Minnie Mouse, Always have, Always will" I paused, "I love you too"
And with those words said, I finally have my wife and kids back, for good.
