I stared at the suitcase in front of me. Everything I thought I would need was in there. I sighed, closing my eyes as I heard Ian's footfalls outside the bedroom door. I had to find Brendon. I had to convince him to take me back to Vegas with him. I had to tell Ryan.
Oh god. Ryan. I had done all this for him. And I didn't even know if he still liked me. I mean, yah, he hooked up with me. But what does that mean when your drunk?
I heard the door open slowly. I didnt turn around. Instead I swiftly zipped my bag closed.
"I told you Ian. No."
I felt a hand on my lower back, a breath on my neck. I heard a whisper, a welcome sound.
"Well thank God I'm not Ian."
I froze, my breath caught in my throat. My fingers wouldnt move, and my mind numb. Ryan's sent wafted through my senses, his touch prickling at my skin.
"Ryan-"
He didn't let me speak, just kissed my neck softly, wrapping his arms around my waist from behind. His body pressed into me, and the extacy of that alone made my knees weak.
"I never could let you go Hayden."
He lips grazed my jaw line and I leaned my head back, pushing myself into him. I wanted every inch of him.
"And Hayden, I'v always wondered this; Is it still me who makes you sweat?"
I turned around slowly, his grin making my heart beat faster.
"Is it me that you think about in bed? When the lights are dim and your hands are shaking as you're sliding off your dress?"
A moan escaped me as he captured my lips in one of those once-in-a-lifetime kisses. The kind I used to wish Ian would give me. My knees buckled and I fell back onto the bed.
Ryan smiled down at me, and I grinned up at him, taking his hands and pulling myself close to him.
"You know it will always be you."
