Skills/Interests/Whatnot:She receives vivid visions that contain possible glimpses of the future. Just by touching someone or them touching her she is able (not that she wants to it just happens and not all the time just random moments) to see flashes of thier life before and what is to come. She is also pretty good with alchemy and seems to heal faster then a normal girl her age would. She can also see into people's minds and project false imagery into them, including inside dreams. Though she hardly ever does..

History: Seeley joined the military at the age of fourteen becoming a state alchemist and stationed at Eastern HQ. By the time she was sixteen her other 'gift' rather then her alchemy skills came into play. At first she thought the vision like flashes she was having was from stress and working to much for her being so young, then she came to terms with that not being the case. The moment she would touch someone or they would touch her flashes of thier life would move before her eyes maing her weak and her head left with the pounding after effects of everything jammed into it. Her way of dealing with this unseen gift was to keep her self away from others and not touch or be touched by anyone. The only one that knows about this gift is her best friend and the only person she see's as family Shay. She is quiet the flirt though seeing as how she never touches anyway it's hard for her to have a boyfriend better yet kiss him. A well known alchemist and solider in the east she now has to try and making a new for herself in Central where she is now stationed and under the command of Colonel. Mustang

Personality: Outspoken, not scared to go after what she wants in life. She lives by her three favorite words 'Want, Take, Have' Not shy and out going pretty well sums her up.
Job: State Alchmemist
Skills/Interests/Whatnot: She can tap into one's soul and make them do her own bidding by controling thier body. Even though tapping into ones soul makes her weak when the bond is broken she is still a deadly foe when weak. Her powers lay in her mind and toughness along with her deadly alchemy skills. Just as Seeley can she is able to heal faster then a normal girl her age and size.

History: Shay is a natural when it comes to alchemy and getting her missions finish with time to spare. At the age of fourteen she passed the alchemy exam with flying colors and became the talk of the base in the east. Growing up in the military so to say she kept a name for herself and still does. Her only wishes are for things to be done her way that way she could make it better then it already is. {*cough* Mustang hehe} By the age of seventeen she found it easy to make one do her bidding, not that it was ever bad. Figuring out how to control her new found gift she ended up meeting Seeley on a mission well more running into her. Both girls ended up seeing into each others pasts, after the mission they ran into each other again only this time not touching. Soon enough they became like family sisters infact, Shay is the only one to know about Seeley just as Seeley is the only one to know about Shay and her tapping into ones soul. Ending up being sent to Central together Seeley wants nothing more then to just stay to herself though with Shay by her side seems unlikly that is going to happen.
