Tainted Love-Draco Malfoy and You:Welcome to Hogwarts

Your confusion over Malfoy, soon drifted to the back of your head as you reached Hogwarts. By that time everyone was changed in to their robes, and were walking off to either the boats(for first years)or on to the carriages. You sit down next to Hermione, and Harry and Ron were across from you two. Looking up at the castle lit brightly against the dark night sky you gave a huge smile. "Another year, I wanna know what is going to happen,"Hermione says in a quiet tone. "I can tell you what is going to happen.."Harry puts in..Ron shoots him a warning glance, and Harry quickly purses his lips.You gave out a laugh, while both Hermione's and Ron's faces turn bright red. As you get to the castle you go to the Gryffidor Table in the Great Hall and wait for the first years to be sorted. As people started walking past your table to theirs, you couldnt help but scan through the streaming people. Hermione leans in to you and whispers,"Are you looking for Oliver?" You shake your head and she responds,"Good, he is a idiot anyways..he doesnt deserve you!" ~If only she knew who I was looking for. Wait, who am I looking for?~Your thoughts were answered when you set your eyes on him. There walking confidently by your table, with Crabbe, Goyle and Pansy draggling on behind him; you saw Malfoy. Your heart stopped and your pretty sure time froze too as you stared at his cool composure. Suddenly he turned his head to the left, and found your eyes. For once he didnt have any kind of smirk at all, just a plain expression with his blue eyes fixated on yours. You took a gulp, and quickly tore your eyes away from his and focused on someone else. Unfortunately, that someone else was Oliver. He was walking up to you at this time, with a determined look in his eyes...

Ugh..why is Oliver popping up!?
You turn your gaze away from him, and focus on Ron and Harry...There they were,not paying attention to anything but the empty golden plates in front of them. "This isnt right..it's gotta be some kind of abuse..We have to wait for all these bloody kids to get sorted..it will take forever; and my stomach is already growling." Harry:"I know..just think of all the food that is going to be here soon.." You gave a sigh and look up at the ceiling saying, "All the potatoes, and gravy, and chicken,and.." "_____, sorry about scaring you off at the train earlier. It's just that Malfoy, has to start everything..."Oliver says, "Oh and Harry,try-outs for Gryffindor. You will most surely get on, but just for some pre-warning..(I know that things are switched around in this, but just go along with it..and Ron isnt on the Quidditch team). With that Oliver runs off, and you roll your eyes. "Men and their Quidditch,"Hermione complains. "Quidditch is a beautiful thing, it may end up killing you..but at least it doesnt bi*** at you!"Harry gives a sly smile while saying it..You open your mouth about to protest when Dumbledore walks up for his speech..He says the usual, you all clap and the sorting begins. Two hours later, the sorting was finished and the miraculous food appeared. Harry and Ron dart their hands out at the food and start chomping down on it..You and Hermione give out a laugh.."This is going to be a lonnng year,"you say..

The feast soon ended, and everyone started to file back to their rooms. In the girls dormitory, all was quiet except for the slight padding of footsteps on the cold wooden floor. Walking over to the window, you open it and look out in to the night sky..The stars were amazing that night, clearly etched in the dark blue sky. Feeling the breeze you stick your head out of the window, and look down. There you saw Hagrid walking out in to the Forbidden Forest...you knew that Hagrid loved to visit different creatures there, but it was 2 in the morning--why would he be out there so late!?You continued to watch him until he dissapeared in to the darkness of the forest, shrugging it off you returned back to your bed and fell instantly to sleep. The next morning came and you and Hermione run down to the Great Hall for breakfast. Comparing your schedule, you both see that you have "Potions, Muggle Study and Defense Against The Dark Arts together..Then viewing Ron's you see that you have Care Of Magical Creatures, Potions and Defense Against the Dark Arts with him..and Harry the same..Giving a sigh you grumbled, why didnt any of you take Herbology!?Looking down at the schedule you see that you all have Potions first...oohhh great, you thought. Grabbing your stuff all of you head off to the class of hell. Entering the dark room, you peer around to see who else was in your class. Across the room was Malfoy, there looking all cute next to...Pansy!?You narrowed your eyes...~Wait what am I doing!?It is MALFOY..why do I care if he is close to Pansy, he can snog whoever he likes...~Shaking your head, appalled by your crazy thoughts, you sit yourself down. Hermione starts to walk to the seat next to you,when Harry notices and darts to sit next to you. "Go sit with Ron, Hermione..___ and I havent sat with each other in Potions yet,"Harry states as Hermione nods and goes to sit with Ron. You secretly give Harry a high five underneath the table. The door slams, and the oh-so cheery Snape walks up between the two aisles, with his humongous nose pointed vertically up in to the air.."Open your books to page 27.." He says in a dry voice...You open up your book and start to look down at the not so interesting page...You suddenly had a sensation that someone was looking at you, darting your eyes to across the room you saw Malfoy turned completely around looking at you. You blush as you meet his eyes, but couldnt turn around. "Ahem"you heard from in front of you. You look up to see the scary view of Snape peering down at you, "Is there anything distracting you from your studies ___?"inquired Snape. "Nothing at all.."you say quickly.."Then why arent you looking at the book?"Snape says quickly.."I was too busy looking at your overwhelming beauty.." You hear Harry give a snicker and then Snape snaps his head behind him, "Draco, what are you doing!?" His face turns bright red as he walks over to Malfoy. Snape sees Malfoy putting a little curse on Neville and grabs Draco's wand from underneath his desk.."THAT'S IT!!"Snape yells...You and Harry gave a suprised glance at each other, never has Malfoy gotten in trouble before by Snape. "You have a detention with me, tonight!"Malfoy's face drops and he gives Snape a suprised glance, "but Professor Snape, it is a school night,..surely.." You gave a stiffled laugh and look at Harry, "Is Draco desperate much?"Harry looks at you, you respond back:"He definitely doesnt want this detention.." ~Why am I being so mean to Malfoy?I mean I somewhat like...wait what am I saying?no no no..he is a jerk~ "He is such a baby,"you add to Harry. Snape looks back at you, "How about you join Mr.Malfoy tonight _____!" You give him a suprised look, "But..."you start to say.."But what?"Snape steered, "I would think that you would like to have a detention with Malfoy..you seem to like looking at him..." Snape gives a cruel smile and your face turns the darkest shade of red ever....

Harry, Ron and Hermione look at you and give you a suprised look. You just start shaking your head, and you hear Pansy break out in a cackling laugh. Soon her fellow Slytherins followed her laugh, except for Draco. Who was just sitting there staring at you with his icy eyes.....
