Read the memo!
They were advertised everywhere , his face , along with 3 others, printed on the glossy magazine covers with big, bold, colourful phrases like "Mcfly Mania", "Mcfly Secrets Revealed" or my personal favourite "Do You Want Mcfries With That?". He was just some stupid little pop boy, i'm not supposed to fall for him, but I have. I'm in a punk/rock band for heavens sake, I should be falling for some bad ass emo guy, but no I had to fall for some stupid, idiotic..cute..hot..funny..fit..erm..I'm getting abit side-tracked here but you get what I mean.
"Scarlet, anyone home?!" My fellow band mate yelled into my ear breaking me out of my thoughts,
"What!?" I yell spraying cornflakes
"We have a T.V appearance today" He explained pulling a disguisted face nd flicking a cornflake off his shoulder,
"Ooo where?" I asked slightly excited now
"Top of the pops..."
"What?!" I yelled slightly appalled,
"Aw, Come on Scarlet it isn't that bad" Jake said, exagerating his words slightly.
"Meh, I guess it's not" I muttered standing up and placing the bowl on the ever-growing pile of washing up before running upstairs into my room to get ready. I grabbed a pair of levis that were in a pile on the floor and a Tom Delonge trademark hurley t-shirt and put them on, walking into the bathroom as I did so.
"Luke, where's my eye liner!?" I yelled searching through my make-up bag, I heard a muffled yawn then something that sounded like:
"In the draw" then soft snoring, I chuckled slightly before opening the draw to get my eyeliner.
"So, hello guys, girls how are you?" The presenter asked me and the band as we sat on the circular red sofas, we all replied "fine", it's the easiest thing to do. She asked us about our upcoming album, our new single, our world tour and then the dreaded question "Tell us a secret about one of the band mates" I glanced to the side of me and saw Jake grin evily,
"Scarlet has a secret major crush on Dougie from Mcfly" I stared at him wide-eyed
"Really?, well it just so happens Mcfly are in the studio with us" She said glancing to behind the camera, I tilted my head slightly to see them, standing there. One blushing a cherry red and the others laughing at him, I burried my head in my hands in embarrasment,
"Aw, Scar, it's not that bad. I have a crush on Briteny Spears." Luke said patting my back, I lifted my head from my hands and raised my eyebrows at him, he shrugged his shoulders and grinned at me.
"Ok, while these lot fight we have the new video from Usher..."
"How could you!" I whined punching Jake in the shoulder as we made our way back to our dressing room to get ready for the performance,
"Sorry, but they asked"
"It's a good thing you're so hot, otherwise I would throw you out the window" I muttered, I stopped walking suddenly when I heard my name being whispered, Jake and Luke turned around raising there eyebrows "Erm..you carry on ahead i'll be with you in a second" they nod in reply and keep walking to our dressing room as I turn round, coming face to face with the only person I didn't want to see..
