He can see,
What racism is about.
Now has learnt,
How he should think.
He is blind,
But in the darkness
He sees the light,
And knows she was wrong.
He sees nothing,
There is no black or white
Seeing Timothy
As he truly is.
He has learnt,
That Timothy may be uneducated
But he is smart
In his own way
He now knows,
How to survive.
How to think.
What is right.
He has gained,
Knowledge and understanding
About Timothy
And the Cay
He has changed
He now understands, and
Without his eyes
Phillip can see.
