Gray is Not Neutrality

Created by CohortOfTime on Monday, October 06, 2008

Is gray neutrality?
Most say that it be.
But I say that it's not,
because this is what I see :
Gray is merely a blend
between what is pitch and what is stark,
simply a stalemate battle
fought between the light and the dark.
Gray is not neutrality,
nor is any other color,
and though we may argue
amongst one another,
I believe that neutrality,
is not a single shade,
nor any tint
of any spectrum made.
We cannot see neutrality,
because there never was such a thing.
For neutrality cannot thrive,
where our bias likes to sing.
Gray is not neutrality,
for neutrality is more
than merely light and dark
fighting a long, drawn-out war
