I just want to be noticed
just a little
ask me if i'm okay
ask for my number
it seems like
everyone else is getting dates
I'm dateless
and broke
it's hard being in my position
even though i know i don't have it bad
sure i could get over myself
but i just want to be noticed
i want someone to see me
instead of through me
i'm yearning to be noticed
but i can't
won't do anything to fix that
it's not me
i'm not the outgoing one
but if spoken to, i can be quite fun
i'm yearning to be noticed
but i guess i'll just have to deal
with being invisible
