Her feet keep moving,
As her mind slowly goes,
Just what is she proving?
That smile is a pose.
A sweet "hello",
Inside is "goodbye".
They will never know,
Just what's inside.
How much longer
Can she hold?
Is she that much stronger
Or will she break the mold?
Click. Bang. Go...
Another smile.
Another blow.
No more for awhile,
Her pain will finally show.
Lock and load
Metal finds flesh,
Shift into suicide mode
As the bullet begins to mesh.
One last smile,
For all the lost souls.
Just want to say,
Something you'll never know.
