Machine
Work timed to blood sweat and flesh. Tear drops dripping like oil. Black the price for everything, black to pay for your soul.Beautiful black beast
A well oiled machine
Counting stars and collecting dreams
Hungry for a life complete
Always junkie, always deplete
Belly to the floor, exhaust fills the lungs
Stinging the eyes, catching teardrops on your tongue
Catching scars on your hands
And smile, clenched teeth oblivious to hurt
What governs this big black machine to well work
A well oiled machine
Counting stars and collecting dreams
Hungry for a life complete
Always junkie, always deplete
Belly to the floor, exhaust fills the lungs
Stinging the eyes, catching teardrops on your tongue
Catching scars on your hands
And smile, clenched teeth oblivious to hurt
What governs this big black machine to well work
