we never noticed

that time was passing

memories made

ever lasting

we burned the days

like the autumn leaves

eating away

as heaven pleads

summer days

quick and free

under the sun

we will be

days past us by

with time to short

back to school

we will report

time is quick

grab it tight

memories hold

with all your might
