Most people think daemons are bad,
Taking the lives that others had,
Spilling the blood of faultless souls,
Made out to be ogres and trolls.
But that is not true daemon kind,
Dark pictures from a human mind,
Portrayed as cunning, fierce, and mean,
Cold killers, or so it would seem.
But if you look beneath the skin,
Then human kind is more akin,
To what daemons are in their eyes,
And yet they won’t look past their lies.
So listen closely to my words,
And don’t forget the things you’ve heard,
Cause something you will see in time,
Is humans are daemons inside.
