Let the pain begin,
When you stop smiling,
And you know you’ve spent to long pretending its ok,
Putting on an act for the sake of the people around you,
pushing away things that make you happy to save some one else,
To want something so bad,
But then to stop caring because you know some one else will get it,
The pain is starting to form,
Thinking to yourself things will get better only works a few times,
But then it happens and you get what you have been working for,
Then it gets torn down,
And your back where you started,
Standing in the distance whispering “I love you”,
Just hoping he might hear,
The pain is taking over,
When you find yourself sitting in the corner crying yourself to sleep ever night you know something bad is going to happen,
You turn off the lights and try to forget everything that has gone wrong,
When your telling everyone nothing can save you and there’s no point in trying,
The pain has completely consumed you,
Now your sitting alone just thinking of ways to stop the pain,
To end it all,
To forget everything and everyone that has done you wrong,
Then stop and say its all my fault I did this to myself,
So you take it out on yourself,
Cutting,
Drugs,
Drinking,
Knowing that this life of yours is your punishment,
Thinking life is the slowest form of suicide,
And standing alone day by day,
Thinking you need no one,
But on the inside screaming for someone to be just like you so you’re not alone,
Pain now rules you,
Time and time again you try to end the suffering,
But then remember that you deserve everything you get for what you’ve done,
Knowing you’re worth nothing,
That your useless,
At this point the pain has destroyed you.
