It was everything i had....
What you took from me...
My heart...
My soul...
My love let go...

It took alittle while...
Just a little while...
To learn what you felt...

I learned of your haterd...
I felt the burning inside...
Ans i took a little while...
Just a liitle while...
To start to sweep the ashs aside...

And now that I've felt....
Felt the burn inside...
It took a little while...
Just a little while....

To feel the relief...
To mold the ashs back...
Into my once broken heart....
To forgive you...
To finally say....

Yes I once did love you...
To finally be happy...
And now I'm free....
Now that there is no burn for you from me ....
