kay, so i know this sounds dark and depressing, but it's actually all about someone being by your side no matter what...

When you feel alone,
know that I am with you.
When everyone else leaves,
know I'm here beside you.
When you feel betrayed,
know that you can trust me.
And when you need me most,
I'll be your crying shoulder.
In the battle for you life,
I'll be the dying soldier.
I'll never leave you lonely.
I will be there 'til the end.
When all else seems to fail you,
know you have a friend.
When the darkness falls around you,
I'll be there with my flashlight.
And I'll lead you slowly,
Back into the sunlight.
You never need to fear,
'Cause I'm with you, my dear.
So the next time you feel lonely,
just read these words again.
Know you'll never be alone,
You've always got a friend.
