You say I've got a gift,
but really you're the one.
Just your smile clears the clouds
and brings out the sun.
Speaking of that smile
that I really love to see,
you've got everything
that I'de die to be.
But I'de rather just be with you
instead of a drastic change.
Because if I had to live
without you,
I would never be the same!
I know you took a huge slice
of that generous humble pie,
but even so
you'll always be the star
in my eyes.
