Taste the red copper
Dripping from their hands
Scrambling to piece together
Their shattered glass city
A Comedy or a tragedy?
It’s so entertaining
To guess
To watch the cowards
Attempt to speak
Through sliced open cheeks
To see them wake up
On fire
Ripping apart
Into tiny bits and pieces
On the pavement
It’s almost enough
To bust a gut over
Assuming it isn’t already
Splattered against the wall
We don’t need the faux morality
Humanity cowers behind
