.Pushing Me Away.JB.Part One.

It's been about 3 months since the incident.

Nick's still crushing on me, it's a possibility that I might be crushing on him, Kevin is all sad, and Joe and Lacey are a happy couple.

Why is Kevin sad, you might ask?

About amonth after the accident, he called me at my school, and we had this conversation.

'Hey Cor, can I talk to you?'He had asked.

'Sure Kev.Whats up?'I had asked.

'It's just...this is gonna seem really creepy and kind of awkward, but I maybe, kind of, possibly, might have-'

'Spit it out Kev.'I told him.

'Right.Well, last night, I kind of...kissedLaceyrightinfrontofJoe.'He said, all really quickly.

'Come again?'I said.He breathed really deep.

'Uhm, I kind of kissed...Lacey...right in front of...Joe.'He said.To his surprise, I started laughing.

'You did not?!What an idiot Kevin!Hahaha.Alright, what did Joe do?'I asked, calming down.

'What any good boyfriend would do, punched me.'He said.

'Wow.Alright.So you're telling me...you like Lacey?'I asked.

'Yeah.I've liked her for ages, before Joe did, then he swooped in,and BAM, she likes him back.I don't really know what to do.'He said.

'Uhm, I dunno Kev.I think you just kind of need to get over her.I know it's hard, seeing as she's probably at your house every day, but just try your hardest.Is she mad at you?'I asked.

'Naah.She thought it was sweet, but very random and uncalled for.'He said, mimicking Laceys voice.I laughed.

'Alright.See, she's not mad.Just give Joe some time, he'll calm down eventually.'I told him.

'Alright.Thanks Cor, you're the best.'He said.

'I know.Bye!'I hung up.

So from what I heard from Nick, things eventually got better.Joe started talking to Kevin again,and Kevin seemed to be getting over he, he even went on a few dates.

Me and Nick talk alot.It's kind of like mindless flirting, but I didn't really mind.I knew he liked me, and I think he knew I was starting to like him.We both knew we couldn't date though.We lived in completely different states, on opposite sides on America.Plus, the only times we would see eachother was Christmas, and two weeks out of summer that I would come home.I was at school for two more years,and the Jonas Brothers were going on a European tour for 8 months, and even Lacey couldn't go.

It was going to be an interesting two years...
