It adversly effects my ability to heal.
You say shes not like me and won't ever upset you,
but would she kill every feelingshe hadto forget you?
Soon is a metaphor. A metaphor for never.
A phase is a lie. A phase means forever.
You'll love me again soon (that's what you said).
That she's just a phase (that will last till your dead).
She's blown you over. I won't be blown.
She blows your mind. I blow up my own.
And the saddest rule, that's been around since the start,
is that I can't seem to die from a broken heart.
