True to Myself

They say I need to dress differently, and they say I need to change my attitude, but I don't listen.
People complain about how I act, and they think I am always wrong and creating touble, but I don't care and I don't listen.
When I got my own mind, why do I have to care what other people think about me, cause in the end it only me, my true me.
No matter what I do ,or where I go, I just got to know who I am...who I truly am.
I may not know this second, and I may not know right from wrong, but hey! That's not gonna stop me and my full determination.
'Cause I got to be true to myself and to where I go, I can't and I won't change that.
I know I am gonna have ups and downs in life, but I am ready for all that...I am ready than ever, because I am starting to know who I really am.
Mama said it didn't matter what you did as long as you did it with a pure heart, and you were true to yourself. Papa always encourages me to always shine and be my best andput 100% effort.
My friends...are different, because with them, I am always myself and I am not afraaid of being who I really am, and they is never doubt within myself so far...and I want to keep it.
As long as I am true to myself and to who I am I can do anything...I can achieve anything.
I can conquer, I can win, I can love, and I can choose what's right...
When I am true to myself....nothing can be in my way, and nothing can bring my spirits down.
