Fire
A Flame
Simple and radiant
Burning
Yearning for more
More to live
Breathing
Absorbing
All it can
Can't get enough
Must find more
More fuel
Must stay alive
Bright and agressive
Staying that way only a little while
For soon the air thins
Choking
Suffering
It begs for it's life
Begs for a torniquet
Fear of dying
Becomes reality
Just as a burst of life flows through
Steady and strong
It won't last long
A gust of wind blows
Taking it of course
Weak and dying
It prepares in it's final moments
With all it's efforts
it dies off
Warm and soft
Ashes
Of what was
It hopes to be rekindled
Days
Weeks
Years go by
And no sign of the unforgotton glow
So there it lays
Dorment
Hoping
But never too much
For will it ever be reignited
ONly time can tell
Simple and radiant
Burning
Yearning for more
More to live
Breathing
Absorbing
All it can
Can't get enough
Must find more
More fuel
Must stay alive
Bright and agressive
Staying that way only a little while
For soon the air thins
Choking
Suffering
It begs for it's life
Begs for a torniquet
Fear of dying
Becomes reality
Just as a burst of life flows through
Steady and strong
It won't last long
A gust of wind blows
Taking it of course
Weak and dying
It prepares in it's final moments
With all it's efforts
it dies off
Warm and soft
Ashes
Of what was
It hopes to be rekindled
Days
Weeks
Years go by
And no sign of the unforgotton glow
So there it lays
Dorment
Hoping
But never too much
For will it ever be reignited
ONly time can tell
