You made me a promise.
And you broke it.
All the lies you've ever told.
All the promises you broke.
I know them all.
I read you like the back of my hand.
Both of you have cuts and scars.
I hear the thoughts in your head.
I know the ardents of your heart.
I know the lies that are going on.
This very moment, as I speak.
But dare I say something...
No, I am too weak.
I know that you adore me.
That we are very close.
I know why you keep these lies.
And why the rest were broke,
And I wish I could tell you to mkae the choice,
But my strength it is too thin.
For I know that you know
Exactly how it will end.
So I'll let down some of my respect,
And I'll let some promises fall.
I know you had a reason.
As I do after all.
Though my promise may mean my life,
and yours, your own ruination.
But I know what is happening,
And you don't know your intentions.
And because of you we'll never be,
As close as we once were.
And I'll have to learn to live with it,
That you will never learn.
And I can't dare to speak my mind,
So swallow up my pride.
I'll let you think you've got your way.
Though I know, we'll slowly die.
You Broke Us.
