I feel my life is meaningless
I have no purpose upon this earth
I've shed many a bitter tear
since the moment of my birth

People call me emo
when they see my affliction
and I fully disagree
it is not their desicision

I feel empty inside
and know that I am alone
for no one truely understands it
even in the place I call "home"

My friends are never there for me
anytime I call
so my depression deepens
and so grows the wall

I dream of a better life
somewhere warm and light
to have a place in someones heart
where the sun could be bright

I've been searching for a solution
no matter how I've tried
nothing seems to work
and those bitter tears sill sting my eyes

God forgive me for what I'm about to do
I see no other way
I will slowly drop into nothingness
and see the close of this dreary day

I am at the edge now
I feel the end is near
I am fading away
I have never felt such fear
