Life doesn't go by perfectly
or exactly as we planned,
but it shapens up your character;
you become a better man.
There is some hurt along the way
and yes, you may shed tears;
but you don't get anywhere by
hiding behind your fears.
The path to success, I must confess
is a coarse and very dull road;
it's good to have friends along for the ride,
they lighten up your load.
The road to live's an emotional one,
with various twists and turns;
Find the path you're looking for early
you won't suffer quite as much from the burn.
I wrote this poem while sitting in my Geometry CollegePrep1 class. I was bored, and being mah normal insightful self, I started thinking about success, and life in general. Hopefully you'll all like this poem. If you're a hater, please dont rate this badly. Just move on.
