Fate held Juliet's hand
I wrote this as inspiration from my friend Austin. During English class today our teacher told us to write a passage about Fate and if he were an actual character in the Shakespearan play, Romeo and Juliet.Juliet wrapped her fingers around the cold, unforgiving metal of the blade's hilt. The cool breeze that blew through the tomb was more than just the wind. The chill that closed over her hand was Fate himself. As she eased the tip towards her heart, she felt someone standing directly behind her, arms resting next to hers. The tears that spilled from her eyes held the sorror of the ages, and as she plunged the blade into her chest, more strength than she possessed sheathed the metal. As she fell, Fate stepped back, Juliet's tear sparkling on his cheek. His pale lips parted, and three grim, unavoidable words drifted from his condemning lips.
"It is done."
"It is done."
