Slow Down, Don't Rush

The world is in a rush
You almost never hear a single hush
While buzzing and milling about
you may sometimes forget your route
Slow down, don't rush life
If you rush it, you may not have a good life
Don't run too fast, don't dance so quickly
Or you may start to look sickly
The world is in a trance
the world is falling in a pit
Some of us tried to stop it
But some people just don't get it
They don't realize their people are suffering
They don't know that their planet is dying
We have to change our ways
Or the end will come to all of our days
Slow down, don't rush life
If you rush it, you may not have a good life
Don't run too fast, don't trip over your friends
Or all of our lives will come to an end
