Love
I say No you say Yes,
I go east you go west.
I don't understand why you do it,
but all I know is that we'll get through it.
They say opposites attract,
but I didn't think we'd be this distract.
Lets quiet down,
lets lay down.
Lets think of all the time we've shared,
All the others have never compared.
To our love, to our joy,
Our love that shares and never destroys.
No one else will fill your place,
no one else will ever embrace.
Me to you as you to me,
Why can't others see.
They are blinded by themselves,
while we are loving ourselves.
I go east you go west.
I don't understand why you do it,
but all I know is that we'll get through it.
They say opposites attract,
but I didn't think we'd be this distract.
Lets quiet down,
lets lay down.
Lets think of all the time we've shared,
All the others have never compared.
To our love, to our joy,
Our love that shares and never destroys.
No one else will fill your place,
no one else will ever embrace.
Me to you as you to me,
Why can't others see.
They are blinded by themselves,
while we are loving ourselves.
