I try to forget you
But the image of you smiling keeps replaying in my head
I can't find the strength tp get out of bed
Depression eats at me, devouring my soul
I wonder when the emptiness in me will go away
I would give anything just to feel whole
I see you smile in my mind
Depression runs through my veins
I can't take it, I run to find a razor blade
I fall into a world of black
Everything seems to fade
As I leave the world my last thought was...
The smiling image of you
