She sits alone
no one sees her tears,
she closes herself off
no one knows her fears.
She been through more
than most could fathom,
the sound of screams
becomes her anthem.
She feels no love
she feels no pain,
it doesn't bother her
it's all the same.
She wants it to end
to leave it all behind,
she knows it wouldn't matter
that no one would ever mind.
She sits alone
and makes her decision,
a sigh escapes
as she makes her incision.
