Happy Ending

All my life, I have read fairy tales.
There is always a happy ending.
But when the book is all done,
you're back in this world.
And in this world,
no one gets their happy ending
things go wrong
death gets in the way
now you could say
it dosen't have to go that way.
But you haven't seen this world
in it's darkest places.
Or you could've seen the light.
He is up there, waiting
waiting for you to see him,
to believe him.
He's up there, holding the truth
He is our happy ending.
