Airplane Stars
Transferred from my old account, perilouspig."Airplane-Stars"
The moon's tint is an errie blue
Through the windshield of the car.
As I wish on countless airplanes
That I just assume are stars.
Are you right in front of me
And I cannot see your face?
Or is it that I don't belong
And I'm severely out of place?
I feel that you're the one
That some will kill to find
And I feel as special feeling
Though I'm not sure it's the right kind.
As I wish on the airplane-stars
For someone else like you
I wonder if you realize
Yours is standing right in front of you?
The moon's tint is an errie blue
Through the windshield of the car.
As I wish on countless airplanes
That I just assume are stars.
Are you right in front of me
And I cannot see your face?
Or is it that I don't belong
And I'm severely out of place?
I feel that you're the one
That some will kill to find
And I feel as special feeling
Though I'm not sure it's the right kind.
As I wish on the airplane-stars
For someone else like you
I wonder if you realize
Yours is standing right in front of you?
