It made me feel this way
It made me feel lost,
I want to drop my life here,
and run, and run far away from here,

Just to leave the world all behind,
leave cruelty, sadness, and disdain,
whatever happens, won't be here
for I won't be here,

My world has all but gone right,
for what I really want,
is just too far out of sight,
the thing I crave most has left my heart

I am engulfed in disparity now,
and I need to find a way how,
how to live the rest of my life unseen,
in the darkness of a shadow I will hide.

Fear is like a game of hide and seek,
one moment, it could catch you,
another moment, it could lose you forever,
and you hope it is gone,
but lingers in the darkest parts of your heart

For you can't run from fears,
and must face them eventually,
stand tall and never break,
for sooner is better than later.
