She looks at her feet
her tears meet the street
she hugs her knees and cries
she grabs my hand
asks me to understand
she doesn't need more white lies
Her eyes all but glisten
she's wanting to listen
so i whisper
then find the right tone
latley rejection's
been in her reflection
her pain starts when she is alone
My voice fell like ink
draining down in the sink
her heart breaks like everyone's heart
sitting on concrete
won't help your heart beat
but it does help you fall apart.
the end.\
so yeah.
Tears meet the Street
