Like a fish caught in a net
Isolated from the world
Trapped and held down
Suffering to be free
The rope holds it down
Constricting it within the water
Life slowly starts to slip away
You are like this fish
Locked up in your room
Awaiting for the day to begin
Living is the slowest form of suicide
The sorrow that fills your heart
That pain that won't go away
Medication only temoprarily relieves it
Only for it to return
Leaving you distressed and in a mess
Until a helping hand comes your way
Relieveing you of your endless sorrows
Helping you to forgive your past
Like a fish who was brought to the surface
Untangled by a caring hand
Only to be caught again
Catch and release
Forgive and forget
Live as best you can
Until your caught again
And released into the moving currents
Catch and Release
